Yes, we have observed that our business partners are facing delays with scanning from the Xerox team when using EMAIL, TRADESHIFT, and BT modes. We are receiving numerous escalation emails from business partners regarding these scanning delays. When we submit invoices to the Basware workflow queue, we do receive an acknowledgement from the scanning team confirming acceptance, which is helpful.
