Having to use all capital letters for certain searches isn’t very intuitive and can be frustrating, especially for users who are in the system frequently and need to move quickly. It effectively handles electronic invoices and matches them to POs/receipts automatically. By digitizing invoice workflows, Basware removes the chaos that usually sits between receiving an invoice and actually paying it. Invoices become trackable and standardized, which I find very useful. It's also very useful for personal business, and that's why I recommend it to my colleagues and friends. **What do you dislike about Basware?** Getting Basware fully integrated with ERP systems (like SAP or others) can be complex and time-consuming. It's not easy to setup. It offers convenient features such as exporting Excel files, and the filters often work well. It is also easy to modify large numbers of invoices with the function to update selected rows of selected header data. **What do you dislike about Basware?** Basware sometimes gives errors around matching goods. Additionally, retrieved invoice lines often do not work. These usually need to be deleted first before we can match. Furthermore, Basware does not always save everything correctly. If I add an approver and click save, I sometimes have to do this again because it occasionally disappears the first time. **What problems is Basware solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Basware for processing and approving invoices. It offers solutions such as linking the correct codes to costs and matching goods to invoices. It is also user-friendly, especially the filters and exporting to Excel are very convenient. ### 5. Its primary function is to facilitate the transition from paper invoices to E-invoices within the freight process, covering operations in over 29 countries. Using the BT portal, we can access detailed information on both sent and received invoices, whether they arrive by email or through EDI Tradeshift categories. **What do you dislike about Basware?** Yes, we have observed that our business partners are facing delays with scanning from the Xerox team when using EMAIL, TRADESHIFT, and BT modes. We are receiving numerous escalation emails from business partners regarding these scanning delays. When we submit invoices to the Basware workflow queue, we do receive an acknowledgement from the scanning team confirming acceptance, which is helpful. However, it would be even better if we could also receive a separate acknowledgement once the documents have actually been scanned into our workflow. **What problems is Basware solving and how is that benefiting you?** Within the BT Login, there is a dedicated tab for both Sent files and Incoming invoices. It would be helpful if the Sent files report could also display bucket information. This addition would allow us to track the trend of when files were sent for scanning and when they were actually scanned, along with the number of aged days. The scanning days are visible across all countries. ### 6. Also, I find the message function helpful for communicating with the purchase order owner to ensure 100% accurate payment allocation. Additionally, the transition was smooth and the API setting was straightforward when working with the supplier. I appreciate that the process, which was previously manual, can now match invoices automatically within Basware and be further processed. **What do you dislike about Basware?** The search function is useful but not that user friendly. I have to set enough parameters to find what I am looking for. I have noticed that invoices often get stuck in the queues, even when there is nothing actually wrong with them. As a result, I frequently have to manually intervene to clear these invoices from Basware. **What problems is Basware solving and how is that benefiting you?** Basware is allowing hundreds of invoices to get processed each day and allowing a more streamlined process for TKE to pay out invoices in a timely manner and avoiding credit holds.
