"Basware is a very robust platform with many capabilities for invoice processing"

What do you like best about Basware?

The user interface is easy to use and understand, the variety of filters available makes searching invoices much faster. Also the analytics dashboard is very informative and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Basware?

For the service now there is not a way to create a user o to link up with the basware user, so it is not intuitive for new users.

The views for the coding templates and coding rows must have an extraction button for downloading the files into an excel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Mobile collaborative and paperless invoice processing tool - Basware"

What do you like best about Basware?

The best features of Basware are :

1. Basware enhances the visibility and control of payables' financial process. It gives more control to business users for more efficient invoice handling.

2. The Basware invoice management console is very intuitive, and the UI is not complex. Business users like minimalist UI for such Pyabales processing tool.

3. The support by Basware is best in class, whenever we have faced a data interfacing issue with our ERP, we have logged tickets in their system. Basware support has always helped us in every situation of difficulty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Basware?

Till now Basware has been an excellent value addition to our Payables invoice and payment processing system. One feature of Basware needs some improvement. The processing of pdf invoices by Basware needs improvement. Basware reads pdf invoices and auto-populates the invoice data in the system, but this machine reading of pdf is not 100 % accurate yet and needs human supervision. What problems is Basware solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Basware solution lets us automatically receive and process electronic invoices into our accounting system. We have multi-level approval configured in our system, such that payables invoices go for two rounds of approval before being considered for payment. Basware removes a lot of manual effort in data entry and correction. Basware can be programmed very easily and well integrated with major ERP systems for automated payables invoice processing.
