Using the BT portal, we can access detailed information on both sent and received invoices, whether they arrive by email or through EDI Tradeshift categories. **What do you dislike about Basware?** Yes, we have observed that our business partners are facing delays with scanning from the Xerox team when using EMAIL, TRADESHIFT, and BT modes. We are receiving numerous escalation emails from business partners regarding these scanning delays. When we submit invoices to the Basware workflow queue, we do receive an acknowledgement from the scanning team confirming acceptance, which is helpful. The top toolbar is clear and organized. When searching for invoices, I like how you can search by PO, Receipt #, ect so that your results are narrowed down and you only get exactly what you are searching for. **What do you dislike about Basware?** The screen isn't always consistent when viewing my invoices from the notification center tab. Sometimes I can easily print my invoices in one click, but sometimes, I have to make multiple clicks to pull something. It would be nice to have a "view invoice" button that would automatically pop this up without clicking, downloading and opening an attachment. It would be nice to get an email notification when you have something in your notifications. There is no Basware forum 2. It's hard to get the answer you need when you try to search from Service Now portal 3. Most of the time it took forever to get the answer from Basware Support from the time you raise the ticket 4. Recently I have submit change request for EDI implementation and Basware already billed the subscription fee eventhough the project hasn't been tested and go through UAT. Depending how long it takes for others to review, it can take extra long and delay payment even further when the solution was very minimal in fixing. **What problems is Basware solving and how is that benefiting you?** My role is at the Header Reviewer level, so my tasks include a lot of coding - for my role, I review many invoices from many departments and keeping track and invoices to code and what codes to use can sometimes feel subjective based on departments and what they identify invoices to be. Also PO matching automation works well and you can really get touchless AP automation for your PO related invoices. End users love the UI as well as AP clerks **What do you dislike about Basware?** Catalog management and purchasing side is not user friendly and automated yet. Also there is no sourcing module. You can get white labeled solution from Basware but it is loosely connected to P2P. Basware is extremely configurable and with no real templates your system is as good as the consultants you get. **What problems is Basware solving and how is that benefiting you?** Single system for purchase invoice handling. You can fully automate - I mean really touchless invoices for your PO related and recurring invoices. It is flexible on creating rules to check purchase invoice coding so you get correctly coded invoices to bookkeeping without having to check them anymore by an AP or accountant. But of course to get to this state you need to be committed to develop the system. It does not come out of the box. Requires effort from you and Basware consultants ### 34. We are not allowed to code invoices, can only pay with PO's unless flagged NO PO. Continually creating new PO's to cover overages on invoices. Alot of invoices come back saing po used in full, but we can't see what AP sees in Baan.
