"I have no complaints about Basware. It is easy to navigate and it is very user friendly."

The least helpful is when I receive invoices that do not belong to me. It is not that big of a deal, but it can get pretty irritating at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Basware?

When invoices are processed correctly, it works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Basware?

Invoices are repeatedly coming back to my queue for additional approval or coding. We are not allowed to code invoices, can only pay with PO's unless flagged NO PO. Continually creating new PO's to cover overages on invoices. Alot of invoices come back saing po used in full, but we can't see what AP sees in Baan. It would be nice to be able to do PO modificatin instead of create new PO's for each one unlsss it is a rental invoice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
