**What do you like best about Basware?**

The only thing helpful is it keeps all the invoices in one place.

**What do you dislike about Basware?**

I have no access to any reports. The smart AI never works for me. It reads the price incorrectly, and assigns it to the wrong vendor.

**What problems is Basware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not sure what the problem was before Basware. Only benefit is being able to keep track of invoices thats if they are even able to upload correctly.

Addressing your main challenges with our solution: 

Access to reports -  This is set by the admin so we would recommend contacting the solution owner to discuss any issues you may be having and to see if this can be resolved. 

AI, smart coding generating incorrect pricing and vendor selection -  This should not be occurring so if this is an issue that is repeating itself please raise a ticket with our support team to resolve.

  ### 2. Basware - Basic Software with lots of room to grow

**What do you like best about Basware?**

Basware is a basic system so its easy to train your staff on how to use. We improved on the training material given to us by Basware. We created handouts, videos and webinars to help our users fully adopt the system. 

**What do you dislike about Basware?**

It takes a long time to get this system up and running. We've gone through UAT for over 3 months because they keep providing us a system that doesn't work properly. Beware the punch-out option isn't as simple as it seems and it cost $250 per month per vendor to do a punchout. A lot more negatives then positives. The cost is high for Basware. Basware's training material is not up-today. They provided out-dated info. During development they provided us out-dated documents and spreadsheets to work from - it cause a lot of duplicated effort to redo and provide them with information (we provided them with data and then a few weeks later they would ask for it in a different format with additional data - really frustrating because you'd expect them to know what they need)

**Recommendations to others considering Basware:**

Do your research. Attend their conference and get the feedback from actual users. 

**What problems is Basware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are offering our product catalogs in one location to help with compliance and controlling our spend. Nothing else that is really beneficial. We get some analytics from Basware but it requires a lot of configuration on our part to get the right reports and data we want to see.

**What do you like best about Basware?**

It is a very simple system based on XML, easy to follow coding

**What do you dislike about Basware?**

Complete non response of customer service team. There are certain bugs in the system, which will never get fixed. If you have any subsequent adjustments, expect a long wait and many emails explaining the problem.

**Recommendations to others considering Basware:**

Stay away - it is more heartache than it is worth
