
I like the quick response from AskNicely, which allows customers to be honest and truly express how they feel about our service. The format makes it easy for them to fill out, without worrying about hurting someone's feelings. It's easy to understand and navigate, making the setup extremely easy. I find the app could be improved when it comes to sending shout outs. I wish it was a little simpler to send shout outs to different departments or service technicians once a customer fills out a survey with a great rating.
