What do you like best about AskNicely?

Each member of the team has supported me in getting the most value out of AskNicely. I have biweekly calls checking in on my initiatives using customer feedback, and get additional ideas and support on how to leverage the tool. Many ideas are ones I wouldn't have thought of and aids in the business seeing the value of all of the customer input. Questions are answered quickly and there hasn't been a time I didn't feel up to date about the product, even with AskNicely constantly coming out with new features and functionality! What do you dislike about AskNicely?

It can be difficult to keep up with the logistics of accurate data input to AskNicely. The platform itself organizes the customer information exactly as it should, but the upkeep up a location consolidating or a leader of a region changing results in a fair amount of work internally to keep the data accurate that is sent to AskNicely. What do you like best about AskNicely?

Using AskNicely for our semi-annual NPS surveys and daily 5-star transactional surveys helps us keep our finger on the pulse of what we are doing right for our customers and importantly, what we need to do better. Customer experience feedback allows us to specifically target our continuous improvement efforts AND it provides us with great testimonials for marketing our products!
