I find the lack of quick-notes for positive, negative, and neutral things, along with the absence of keyboard shortcuts for these notes, to be a drawback. This feature would enable me to make real-time notes during interviews, reducing the need for an additional colleague. When using a meeting platform that isn't Askable Live, I am required to manually send participants a link. This additional manual step can disrupt workflow and is cumbersome. Having an option to integrate with Microsoft Teams or Zoom would make the process more seamless, allowing links to be managed directly within the platform and enhancing overall user experience. There were moments we weren't sure if we deal directly with the researcher or involve the Askable staff. But direct communication with the researcher works fine. Otherwise everything works fine. The view of the respondent responses from screening surveys is not optimal. Some columns are truncated, making it difficult to fully see or interpret the data. Additionally, exporting data is challenging and requires contacting Askable support to assist with this task, limiting my ability to share results with others or perform further analysis independently. The interface for viewing responses is not very intuitive, especially when questions have multiple options, as it can be unclear what the selected responses are without hovering over each respondent.
