Nice all in one platform that covers all your discovery needs. The entire recruitment process for participants couldn't be easier or faster. On top of this we find the quality of participants to be consistently high. Having a video platform within Askable that records and transcribes is also very helpful. Customer support always quick to reply when extra help needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Bugs do pop up from time to time and occasionally have difficulty with participants getting access to the call - usually easy enough to troubleshoot.
Only other downside is Askable is moving to a subscription model that will likely be out of our price range as a smaller organisation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
