Its quick and easy setup, once mastered, allows for agile and efficient project turnarounds. The quality of respondents is consistently high, enhancing the reliability of survey and qualitative data. I find the recruitment process straightforward, with incentives effectively managed within the platform, and I value the reactive nature of the platform that keeps respondents engaged. I find the setup process challenging without proper guidance. As a new user, a crash course is essential, ideally provided by an Askable representative. The learning curve can be steep, and without someone to guide through the platform's intricacies, it can feel overwhelming. The AI analysis features are not as developed as I would like, and there is potential for improvement. The platform seems to be primarily designed for UX research in digital environments, which limits its utility for those working with physical products. The recruitment survey features are fairly basic and could benefit from being more sophisticated and versatile. More robust features for online qualitative and quantitative surveys, as well as enhanced diary study capabilities, are needed to avoid relying on multiple platforms.
