I usually plan between 2-3 hours per interview for the analysis and report writing. The entire process using Yabble took 15 minutes (uploading and analysis). When I checked the quality versus what I would have written - the were no exclusions or inclusions that shouldn't have been. The final product I delivered to the client took about 3 hours instead of 30. **What do you dislike about Yabble?** You have to ensure that the file types match those that Yabble accepts. It was a simple fix, but it took me a few minutes to realize it. **What problems is Yabble solving and how is that benefiting you?** Qualitative analysis of 1-1 interviews is traditionally a long, tedious process. Yabble was brilliant in making that process quick and simple. Speed is one thing, but the level of similarity between what I would have done manually and what it did automatically was very surprising. ### 2. As market researchers we can spend hours and days trawling through qualitative, unstructured data trying to find the nuggets and themes. Yabble with its tool Hey Yabble has been able to make as faster and more efficient. By enabling us to code and analyse thousands of verbatim data in minutes, we now have more time for the high value work and creating powerful client stories from the data. The team are super responsive and always looking for ways to go the xtra mile. The query based feature makes report writing easy and enables us to 'see the wood for the trees' so we know what to deep dive on. Yabble has now become an essential part of our researcher toolkit. **What do you dislike about Yabble?** It might put us out of a job! :-) There are not many downsides but as Yabble gets even more sophisticated we will be able to use it across other forms of unstructured data i.e. in depth interviews, social media posts. **What problems is Yabble solving and how is that benefiting you?** Yabble helps us solve time and how to be more efficient. We can turn around projects faster and more effectively. It allows us to be 'smarter' by freeing up time to spend on high-value analysis rather than just coding. We can add more value to clients by utilising more of their data and providing cost-effective verbatim analysis. It's helped me define our brand equity and best value membership strategies. I've also used it to extract member stay insight to craft an engaging peak campaign. Yabble helped us find out promoters and echo how they say things in our acquisition activity.
