While we love using Askable overall, we see room for growth around reporting capabilities. We would love to see more advanced data export options, deeper analytics, and more flexible reporting templates to help us present insights to stakeholders even faster. I appreciate Askable's ability to deliver insights quickly, which is a lifesaver for my team. The inbuilt AI tools are a standout feature for us, enabling dynamic interviews in line with our research objectives. The AI analysis tool makes it incredibly easy to analyze results, pull themes, and create reports, saving me a lot of time. I love having the control over what we create and launch, and it's user-friendly enough that many team members can use it with ease. The 'Ask AI' tool is fantastic, efficiently identifying trends, insights, and feedback from multiple studies. It's pretty accurate and can even back up themes with real quotes or video snippets, which I really like. The initial setup was straightforward, thanks to the support from account managers who trained us. Overall, it's a great qualitative tool that provides autonomy and valuable insights without the need for expensive, lengthy external services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Askable? There are some limitations with setting quotas and interlocking quotas on Askable. You need to launch a survey before 3pm-3:30pm if you want it to go live the same day because the team needs to review and approve it, which is usually okay but can be a hassle. The 'Ask AI' tool doesn't work for all types of studies, like prototype testing. It doesn't support quantitative surveying heavily, so we need to use another tool for big surveys like brand health tracking. I've noticed with the AI interviews, about 90% are good, but some participants might not realize we are reviewing them, leading to slightly odd or inappropriate behavior at times but they do allow you to remove these and replace participants for free Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I appreciate that I don't have to jump through hoops to get started, and the studies are usually related to things I care about. The convenience of being paid for sharing my thoughts is a definite plus. I find it easy to give feedback on products and services I use daily, and my input feels useful. One thing that could be improved is the availability of studies; sometimes there just aren't many that match me, so I don't get to participate as often as I would like to. It can be a little unclear why I'm not selected for certain ones, so more transparency would help. I like Askable because it's easy to set up and quick to get results, especially for unmoderated testing. I appreciate the insights pulled from the testing, and it just makes testing and validation a lot easier and quicker. Setting up tests is very easy, which is a big plus for me. That's the only thing that I would say needs to be approved. Only other thing I would say as well is using Microsoft Teams. Askable has saved me a ton of time when recruiting and communicating with participants. Now that it includes AI, reporting feels much easier and faster. I also like that the platform offers end-to-end UX research tools, so I don’t have to rely on a bunch of different tools just to get everything done. The list of allowed countries is still too limited for us, since we work with participants from many countries that aren’t included. In the study settings UI, I can also select countries that don’t even appear on the allowed-country list, which is confusing. Sometimes the participants we get are not quite who we’re looking for. The biggest benefit for me is the time we save on recruitment, reporting, and switching between tools. On top of that, our new designer also finds the platform easy to use, which saves us a lot of time and reduces the capacity we need for training. I feel like we got lucky with the participants we had, but we still felt the need to double-check them on LinkedIn and to create screening questions that would filter out (or catch) people who wouldn’t be useful. Askable is the most efficient, quality recruitment platform I have ever used. The team are awesome, and always ready to help with any questions I have. In the odd case where someone doesn't show up or has lied to get through the system, Askable has been prompt to remove them from the platform and give a full refund as well as replace the participant. I've been using Askable for about a year, initially to improve our research processes, and since then we've started utilizing some of their other services as well. The platform has been especially valuable for sourcing niche candidates within our sector, which has always been a challenge for us. More recently, we began working with their in-house researchers to conduct interviews and generate reports, and the outcomes are excellent. I find Askable super simple for getting a campaign going, which brought us a load of really qualified candidates. The proactive Askable team helped readvertise campaigns whenever we needed more responses, making it easy to get all the interviewees we want. I appreciate that the platform is intuitive and easy to use. The human support is invariably engaging, friendly, and helpful, which I really value. Adding our own availabilities into the calendar instead of negotiating timings with candidates is a big time saver.
