Last but not least, it integrates really well with Figma, which is another strong reason for us to keep using Maze. **What do you dislike about Maze?** Right now, there aren’t many customization options for the reports, and that’s my only complaint. Higher recruitment costs than expected. **What problems is Maze solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before we were making decision decisions based on emotion rather than evidence and we were trying to conduct many interviews for our new event management app and it was taking too long to plan and review our research methods and data. ### 3.
