Maze is a very helpful tool for research studies and user testing and feedbacks. The AI features of maze are very helpful as it provides assisted dynamic prompts and automates the summary of the research very easily. The software is very easy to navigate and very user-friendly. Maze has a very robust and interactive research scope. It helps conduct tests for multiple business cases such as NPS score research, New product features, card sorting, app development features. It also helps group your research studies in different projects for easy navigation and sorting. It has good AI features as well with follow up prompts, automated summaries, and makes qualitative analysis very simple. In our design and QA pipeline, we use Maze to run unmoderated feedback loops on new UI features before handing them off for development. I believe it can be a little bit complex to use at first, we have just started implementing the platform into our Workflows, and I am the only one responsible for survey data analysis in my company, and I think before getting fully used to the interface, it is a bit more complex to use than Google Forms.
