I have been able to monitor the level of sales and create reports with much ease as well has been of great benefit. **What do you dislike about RMS?** The current mobile application is currently dated, and some functionalities are missing from the competitors’ application. This lack of functionality seems somewhat like a wasted opportunity to continue enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction. **What problems is RMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** I agree with the RMS automation of many routine retail concession operations has been beneficial in managing my retail concession. This relieves me of time that I would have used to deal with many customers’ issues as well as help in the formulation of strategies. ### 2. The integration of Sage is beneficial for the employee time keeping associated with jobs in RMS, also the PO's and workorders are manged better with RMS and Sage integration. ### 8.
