What do you like best about iVend Retail?

Seamless Integration of iVend Retail with SAP S/4HANA Retail is the best feature that we like. In addition to normal POS sales, we also book special orders which have delivery instructions. These orders get seamlessly integrated into SAP for further analysis. Retail features of iVend Retail like Coupons, Gift Cards, Promotions and Special Price list help in improving customer experience.

Badel process and ZATCA integration are two most critical processes that are handled very well in iVend Retail.

All these features and SAP S/4HANA integration have greatly improved our inventory management Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iVend Retail?

iVend Retail has numerous features and has deep integration. Due to this, at times it becomes challenging to implement these features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

iVend Retail has provided us with a common integrated platform that integrates retail features and processes with our core ERP SAP S/4HANA.

This has greatly enhanced our inventory accuracy, minimized stockouts, and our overall customer service.

The real-time data and reporting tools help us make informed business decisions, driving growth and profitability.

The promotions engine in iVend Retail is very detailed and complies with the local tax laws. This has been a great feature for us in further improving customer satisfaction and customer experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
