"CRM and e-signature in one login"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Universell Platform?

What I like best is CRM and e-signature in one login. Leads come in, we work the deal, then send a signing link. They sign on their phone, we can take a deposit, and the signed copy lands on the same customer record. From first lead to signed agreement, it is one system. What do you dislike about Universell Platform?

The setup takes a little time if you are moving from separate tools. Once CRM and e-signature are in place it is fine, but the first week is more clicking around than I expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Universell Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Leads and contracts lived in different places. We chased inboxes for the deal and email for the signed PDF. Universell puts CRM and e-signature in one login, so the lead, the deal, and the signed copy sit on the same customer record. Less chasing, fewer missed follow ups, and a cleaner close.
