What do you like best about ResaleOS?

An Absolute Game-Changer for High-Volume Resellers—Leaves Everyone Else in the Dust!

I don’t normally write reviews like this, but ResaleOS genuinely blows every other platform out of the water. I have used them all—Shopify, Nifty, Vendoo—and none of them even come close to what this software can do. Most platforms are severely limited; they don't support crucial marketplaces like Vinted, or their import features are completely broken. When I tried importing my inventory from Whatnot on other software, my images wouldn't even follow the listings. ResaleOS handles the image downloads flawlessly, which is a massive win by itself.

What really sets them apart is the sheer horsepower and customization. Right now, I'm using their advanced CSV mapping features to organize and build out master listings for my business. While setting up a master template can be a lot of meticulous work, the payoff is unreal—we can boom, pull the information, import it, and immediately get it cross-posted across multiple marketplaces consistently.

On top of that, their built-in AI tool is incredible. I use it alongside my own custom listing structures to instantly rewrite descriptions and automatically generate high-impact tags. Their pricing guide information is also unreal and gives me total confidence when evaluating items.

They only launched earlier this year, but as a sole proprietor managing a high-volume setup with nearly 500 active listings and a 7,500 sq. ft. warehouse packed with thousands of back-stock pieces, this is the exact enterprise-grade infrastructure I need to execute my business plan seamlessly. To top it all off, their customer success team (shoutout to Jessie!) goes completely above and beyond for their users, proving that they operate with real heart. What do you dislike about ResaleOS?

There really isn't anything major to dislike—the platform is phenomenal. Since they just launched earlier this year, they are still growing, so the only thing I'd love to see expanded down the road is deeper integration options for external tools like ChatGPT or Google AI to assist with hyper-customized workflows. That being said, their built-in AI assistant is already fantastic for rewriting descriptions and tagging, so they might even have advanced features in development that I'm just not fully aware of yet! What problems is ResaleOS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before switching to ResaleOS, I struggled with the severe limitations of other cross-listing platforms like Vendoo, Nifty, and Shopify. A major problem was importing inventory from channels like Whatnot—on other software, my images would completely fail to follow the listings over, forcing endless manual work. Other platforms also lacked support for key marketplaces like Vinted.

As a sole proprietor running a high-volume setup out of a 7,500 sq. ft. warehouse, managing 500 active listings and a 3,000+ item back-stock is incredibly overwhelming without the right workflow.
