What do you like best about Delightree?

As the Marketing Solutions Architect at Hawaii Fluid Art, I can confidently say that Delightree offers the best customer support we’ve experienced across any software platform. Despite their continued growth and expansion in both team and technology, they maintain the responsiveness and attentiveness of a small, customer-focused company.

Every feature they’ve introduced has been thoughtfully implemented with clear utility. Unlike platforms that add features for the sake of novelty, Delightree builds with purpose. The tools they’ve rolled out are ones our team uses daily—and they’ve consistently improved our operations.

With franchise owners from a wide range of professional and technical backgrounds, we needed a solution that was intuitive, fast to adopt, and easy to train on. Delightree met that need perfectly. What do you dislike about Delightree?

What problems is Delightree solving and how is that benefiting you?

Delightree centralizes our training materials, checklists, and team communications into one easy-to-use platform. This has drastically improved accountability, transparency, and speed of execution across all of our locations for onboarding, grand openings, compliance and continued learning + training.
