ResaleOS calculates consignor payouts automatically when items sell, generates statements and invoices, and gives every consignor a branded portal to track their inventory and balances. Crosslisting to 20+ marketplaces. List products to eBay, Etsy, Poshmark, Depop, Mercari, Facebook Marketplace, Whatnot, Vinted, Chairish, Ruby Lane, Bonanza, Craigslist, Pinterest, and Discogs, plus your own store on Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, Square, or GoDaddy. Import existing listings, publish to new channels in bulk, and push updates from one place. When an item sells anywhere, ResaleOS syncs inventory across every channel and delists it so you never oversell. Point of sale and storefront. Sell in person with a built-in POS that supports Stripe Terminal and Square readers, cash, and split tenders, with sales tax and consignor credit handled automatically. Or launch a branded online storefront with no coding. Shipping and fulfillment. Buy and print shipping labels, compare rates across carriers, track packages, and post tracking back to the marketplace where the sale came from. AI for resellers. Write listing titles and descriptions from a photo, remove and replace image backgrounds, look up market prices, and ask Daphne, the built-in assistant, questions about your inventory, sales, and consignors in plain language. Reporting. Track sales by channel, consignor, category, and period. Monitor inventory aging, sell-through, profit margins, fees, and consignor balances. Export everything for your accountant. ResaleOS is built for the way resale businesses actually operate: one person running a Poshmark and eBay closet, a consignment boutique with hundreds of consignors, or a multi-location antique mall collecting booth rent.
