The support and integration teams have also been extremely responsive and collaborative throughout the journey. **What do you dislike about iVend Retail?** The reporting module offers rich data, but the UI could be more intuitive and modern, especially for business users who aren’t technically inclined. In addition to normal POS sales, we also book special orders which have delivery instructions. These orders get seamlessly integrated into SAP for further analysis. Retail features of iVend Retail like Coupons, Gift Cards, Promotions and Special Price list help in improving customer experience. Badel process and ZATCA integration are two most critical processes that are handled very well in iVend Retail. All these features and SAP S/4HANA integration have greatly improved our inventory management **What do you dislike about iVend Retail?** iVend Retail has numerous features and has deep integration. Due to this, at times it becomes challenging to implement these features. **What problems is iVend Retail solving and how is that benefiting you?** iVend Retail has provided us with a common integrated platform that integrates retail features and processes with our core ERP SAP S/4HANA. This has greatly enhanced our inventory accuracy, minimized stockouts, and our overall customer service. The promotions engine in iVend Retail is very detailed and complies with the local tax laws. The inbuilt promotions engine is very powerful and feature rich enabling us in better inventory turn rate and customer engagement. The advanced POS system is user-friendly and significantly speeds up the transaction process. The consulting and implementation team was able to implement the application in time. They find it very easy to navigate, new staff seem can be trained up very easily and quickly on how to use the system which is a great benefit as it reduces the amount of mistakes that are made. Our previous support team TRC installed the system for us oevr 10 years ago and we have using the system without very few problems since then on a daily basis. Ivend is integrated with our erp system SAP, which is for the most part works extreamely well. The staff in the stores would use the system to take take deposits, receive in goods from the purchase order, transfer items between stores and cash up. The customer support Ivend offer is a very professionaly one, they are available at any time of any day which is reassuring as you know you have someone available to deal with issues whenever they arrise. **What do you dislike about iVend Retail?** The deposit/layaway process is a litle bit complicated. **What problems is iVend Retail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ivend is fully intergrated with SAP which is saves a huge amount of time. In addition to the features, the integration of iVend with SAP Business One is something that has helped us immensely.The Extensibility (SDK) of iVend has helped us incorporate our unique business features with ease. **What do you dislike about iVend Retail?** There are far too many features and modules in iVend due to which it takes time to start using all of them. **What problems is iVend Retail solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of the biggest challenges that iVend resolves is the to calculate the end customer quantity based on the selling UOM (Unit of Measure).
