At the time, we had a brick and mortar store, What attracted us to Agiliron initially while we used it for website and Amazon selling, it had the potential to also support a brick and mortar store (which we never used, since we shut down the brick and mortar store in 2018). We are a B to B business, and Agiliron attracted us in that the back end was well suited to a business that creates quotes and invoices and often billed customers offline. We were a modest mom-and-pop customer of Agiliron. We appreciated that they allowed us to stay at a modest product and pricing tier that became obsolete, yet allowed us access to the tools to present ourselves as a B to B business as they advanced the platform over the decade. The on-boarding was very pleasant and well supported. The paradigm of all tables can be uploaded and downloaded as excel files worked well for us. Support for the large part is always excellent. Particularly any issue that impacted commerce was always dealt with quickly. And generally, they were good sports about issues that cropped up as they evolved the platform around us. Since we were effectively a legacy customer, there were at times their were mild growing pains as the system evolved around us and left us behind. Some were fixed, some were not. Overall we felt we were getting great value and didn't sweat the small stuff. For the first several years we used the Amazon integration and a credit card processing service, as well as general quoting and invoicing. The Amazon and credit card processing integrations worked great. We stopped selling on Amazon after several because the products we had available were too low margin to sell profitably. We knew our Agiliron sell website had good visibility, as we had several products from our distributor catalogs that were not anywhere else on the net. For those calls, we sometimes took the sale. Most of the time, we instructed the account how to buy in their own region. We shut down our business at the end of 2025 and thank the Team at Agiliron for hosting and supporting over the years. Agiliron worked great for us. Jim and Carol at PGH Batteries. **What do you dislike about Agiliron?** The online-only support was an acquired taste. But we got used to it. At least the support team is actual humans, so that is a plus. **What problems is Agiliron solving and how is that benefiting you?** While we did modest Internet business, we mostly sold regionally and used Agiliron more as an online catalog that we could easily generate quotes and invoices from and sometimes order entry by customers. We appreciated we could set web sales to not complete a sale until we effectively approved them (by way for a pass phrase). Agiliron was always our main quoting and invoicing tool. ### 2. It took a long time to find a software which is able to handle all of our inquiries and sales orders. As well as supplier PO's, handle multiple currencies and stock levels, databases and so on. Agiliron does it all! While being affordable!!! It has so many features, it's a joy to work with. I also love that a certain percentage can be specifically programmed to our own needs. Their customer support is intergalactic. In over 20 years of international business management have I ever met a company with such amazing customer support. Within 24 hours they get back to you, no matter what. Amrita was by our side from the very beginning, and I'm overjoyed to know that she will stay our contact person for the years to come. Our products are manufactured in Asia and distributed through sporting goods dealers, retail through our website, and a small inside sales team. We used Sales Order for many years and were satisfied with its capabilities, but the customer service was non-existent. After long and arduous research of other ERP/Order processing platforms, we switched to Agiliron in December 2020. Agiliron's mission is to respond to all customer requests within 24 hours and has proven true 100% of the time. The software is easier to use, and the customer service is exceptional. The onboarding process was thorough and methodical, and our customization needs were handled quickly and efficiently. Our account manager also helped to create customized email templates and account settings. We currently use the integration with Woo-Commerce and Quick Books and intend to use the Amazon integration soon. We highly recommend Agiliron for any size business, whether new or established. ### 8. We have been in business over 45 years and have had a hard time finding a company that is not only personable, but efficient as well. Most companies we find, wanted to sell you their system then basically forget about you. Frankly, we are a small company and I know they must have bigger clients but they always make us feel like we are very important and go out of their way to help us. After over a year of using the service, I am discovering there are more and more features I could be - and could have been - using all along. I am sure I will continue to discover more features as I work with our new customer representative who has been recently assigned to our account. Parry has been excellent in educating me and going above and beyond to help me with what I need Agiliron to do for me. **What do you dislike about Agiliron?** Although I did not help set up this product and I was not involved with integration, we have used Agiliron since the start of opening our retail store over a year ago. One thing I have found to be difficult with Agiliron is physical inventory. We have only done physical inventory once, and while we were trained, the process was clunky and inventory was not recorded correctly. Like any in-depth software, it takes a while to learn the ins and outs of Agiliron, especially if you are new to software like this. There are many features that are, and can be, available to you so communication is key to using Agiliron efficiently. While Agiliron does have a help center with tutorials, I have found the most helpful to be our customer representative who has been very responsive and incredibly helpful. While I do not find Agiliron to be very intuitive as far as user interface goes, overall, Agiliron offers a lot of tools and their customer service is wonderful. **What problems is Agiliron solving and how is that benefiting you?** Agiliron has helped me solve issues of needing to bulk import products for store and customer orders. We have a lot of inventory with matrix components, such as a sofa offered in 100+ different fabrics, so things can be complicated. Agiliron, and our customer representative, have been very helpful in figuring out how to make this import process efficient. ### 15. (8) Moving to Agiliron allowed us to standardize our inventory throughout the organization. **What do you dislike about Agiliron?** (1) Learning curve is steep. We have leaned heavily on the Onboarding team. (2) Product requires multiple steps to perform the same tasks compared to QuickBooks. (3) Agiliron interface is not very intuitive. Its focus is on looking up information versus creating new transactions or list items. (4) Support is slow to respond to requests outside of the simple. (5) The online Learning Center does not give good directions in the How-To sections. (6) CRM side does not allow the creation of Quotes for Leads and Prospects, only Customers. (7) Built-in reports are lacking, and standard reports are missing (e.g., Customer A/R Aging Report, Product Margin Report). (8) Payment Terms do not do anything. They are just another list item. If a customer has terms of 1% 10 Net 30 and they pay within the 10-day discount window, Agiliron will treat the payment as being short, leaving a balance due. You must reopen the original invoice and enter the discount manually, line-by-line, for each product before you post the customer payment. This procedure is not efficient and is time-consuming. (9) QuickBooks Desktop is not updated for each change to an order. Sales are not posted to Quickbooks Desktop until the order is paid-in-full. If you change the point upon which the import occurs, you will have issues in Agiliron. We have been advised that Agiliron integrates better with QuickBooks Online. This should not be the case if you advertise your software integrates with both online and desktop versions. **What problems is Agiliron solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have two retail stores, each in a different city. Since 2010, each store has previously used QuickBooks Enterprise with Advanced Inventory. Both stores carry the same inventory items, although some may come from other vendors. Each store used its own QBES company file and individually maintained their own inventory. This created several issues to contend with (multiple SKUs for the same items, sales prices differed between stores, units of measure were different). The stores could not see what was in each other’s inventory. Our inventory has approximately 8,000+ SKUs, with half of that inventory being matrix items. We also needed a more robust B2B online ordering solution for our regular customers, along with a way to manage inventory among all sales channels centrally. We looked at several 3rd party solutions and finally decided on Agiliron. ### 17. Parents/students/friends are able to make purchases online which means the brick and mortar store doesn't have to be open as often. Since I am the online person who works in this small store and I also have another full time job this has been very helpful. Sales have increased in the store. Agiliron's customer support has been what I like best about this company. **What do you dislike about Agiliron?** There are some limitations to what I can do. Automatically generated emails when items are purchased are not able to be customized. The website is very cookie cutter. Pictures of products are shown on the website, but customers can't click on them to purchase. They still have to go through the drop downs and find the product that way. **What problems is Agiliron solving and how is that benefiting you?** The automatic inventory that is kept when an online purchase is made is fantastic. Having a website for our store was our focus when we discovered Agiliron and we have been able to do that. ### 21. From regular eCommerce shipments, to vendor fulfillment, wholesalers, and even 3PLs we can keep all our orders and inventory data in one place which lets us manage many different relationships with comparatively small staff. The complexity of what Agiliron can do is generally intimidating to new staff and it can take a while to get them acquainted with the system, but once they understand it runs very efficiently and their customer service is very responsive when issues or questions arise. ### 22. This software offers a lot of great functionality for the user and once you get the hang of it, its quite easy to use. But the best part is how open to adjusting the product to fit our needs Agiliron is. **What do you dislike about Agiliron?** Early on we had some implementation issues. However, as our familiarity with the product increased and our relationship with the Agiliron team increased all dislikes and issues no longer exist. **Recommendations to others considering Agiliron:** Take your time with Implementation. Most of our issues were due to mistakes that were caused by not fully understanding the products. Other advice is ask questions lots of them. AI support is extremely helpful **What problems is Agiliron solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use AI for our Inventory management, syncing products to multiple channels, and our brick and mortar POS system. ### 25. Our customers now have the ability to place orders online and the orders appear in our back office ready to go. This has eliminated a ton on manual entries and has saved us time and money compared to other systems. We also do not need to try and connect a bunch of different programs through various enterprise systems. **What do you dislike about Agiliron?** We have products that we measure by the lineal inch, and Agiliron does not have the capability to support decimal points, it affect our cost a bit. **Recommendations to others considering Agiliron:** Great product, easy customizations. **What problems is Agiliron solving and how is that benefiting you?** We where patching multiple systems/software together. Agiliron helped us make the link between quickbooks, our websites, and shipping. ### 26.
