I really like that ApartmentAdvisor Assist enables tenants to receive immediate responses, which greatly enhances our customer service. The bot's ability to guide tenants through troubleshooting on their own is fantastic, as it helps them resolve issues more quickly, especially outside of business hours, and often eliminates the need for staff to make unnecessary trips. It's great how it integrates well with Rent Manager, and I appreciate the development team's responsiveness to suggestions or corrections. Additionally, the setup process was easy for us.
