Having used the tool for lead management, this reviewer finds it effective in keeping leasing leads engaged and reducing missed opportunities. Setup tweaks are sometimes required to ensure proper routing and response to leads.

I really like that ApartmentAdvisor Assist enables tenants to receive immediate responses, which greatly enhances our customer service. The bot's ability to guide tenants through troubleshooting on their own is fantastic, as it helps them resolve issues more quickly, especially outside of business hours, and often eliminates the need for staff to make unnecessary trips. It's great how it integrates well with Rent Manager, and I appreciate the development team's responsiveness to suggestions or corrections. Additionally, the setup process was easy for us. The biggest thing that could be improved is the bot reaching out to a property manager via an email if something changes with tenant communication after the ticket has already been submitted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
