**What do you like best about ApartmentAdvisor ASSIST?**

LeaseAssist has been helpful in keeping leasing leads active and moving forward. In the past, inquiries could get buried in an inbox or lost in the shuffle when someone didn't follow up quickly. LeaseAssist prevents that by ensuring leads are engaged, routed to the right person, and not left sitting without a response, which helps reduce missed opportunities.

It has been a useful tool for improving lead follow-up and for keeping prospective tenants engaged throughout the leasing process.

**What do you dislike about ApartmentAdvisor ASSIST?**

Setup tweaks are sometimes needed to ensure leads are being responded to correctly and routed to the correct team member.

**What problems is ApartmentAdvisor ASSIST solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeaseAssist helps solve the problem of leasing inquiries getting buried in an inbox or going cold before someone has a chance to follow up. It keeps leads active by engaging with prospects quickly, routing inquiries to the right person, and helping make sure opportunities do not fall through the cracks.

It also helps with scheduling by allowing prospects to book tours automatically, which cuts down on the back-and-forth of finding a time that works for both parties. Overall, it saves time, improves follow-up, and helps turn more inquiries into real leasing conversations.

It really takes a load off on us answering maintenance questions when we are not around to respond. I am shocked how knowledgeable and in depth the AI is

Not much. Maybe a few tweaks on the answers it gives but that is really on us.

Any complex to very simple maintenance request.

**What do you like best about ApartmentAdvisor ASSIST?**

I really like that ApartmentAdvisor Assist enables tenants to receive immediate responses, which greatly enhances our customer service. The bot's ability to guide tenants through troubleshooting on their own is fantastic, as it helps them resolve issues more quickly, especially outside of business hours, and often eliminates the need for staff to make unnecessary trips. It's great how it integrates well with Rent Manager, and I appreciate the development team's responsiveness to suggestions or corrections. Additionally, the setup process was easy for us.

**What do you dislike about ApartmentAdvisor ASSIST?**

The biggest thing that could be improved is the bot reaching out to a property manager via an email if something changes with tenant communication after the ticket has already been submitted.

**What problems is ApartmentAdvisor ASSIST solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ApartmentAdvisor Assist improves customer service by providing tenants with immediate responses and guiding them through troubleshooting. This reduces after-hours issues and saves staff from unnecessary visits. It also allows maintenance staff to receive detailed reports with pictures, saving time for property managers.

Not being able to manually respond directly to a tenant on the ASSIST thread.
