It's great how it integrates well with Rent Manager, and I appreciate the development team's responsiveness to suggestions or corrections. Additionally, the setup process was easy for us. **What do you dislike about ApartmentAdvisor ASSIST?** The biggest thing that could be improved is the bot reaching out to a property manager via an email if something changes with tenant communication after the ticket has already been submitted. **What problems is ApartmentAdvisor ASSIST solving and how is that benefiting you?** ApartmentAdvisor Assist improves customer service by providing tenants with immediate responses and guiding them through troubleshooting.
