I joke that they read our minds — half the time a feature we've been wishing for just... appears. And when we've actually asked for something specific, it's been ready for us in a matter of weeks. Output accuracy is still the thing we watch most closely. We've caught incorrect stats, wrong product details, and facts that just needed a second look before publishing. It means editing time is still real. Also, the brand voice has felt a bit stiff in more recent outputs — more dictionary definition than "talking to a real person."
