"My agency became x3 times more efficient, and clients' results because x2 times better!"
What do you like best about AirOps?

I love Airops for its super cool and amazing design. I like how advanced it is and appreciate the great output it provides, which gives us measurable results. It's also super customizable, allowing us to build workflows from scratch tailored to specific clients, use cases, locations, or tasks. This advanced capability helps create the most tailored approach and workflows. The design makes it nice to work with, and it just looks amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AirOps?

To be honest, sometimes, workflows are breaking. However, that's normal because sometimes we make too advanced however, their Copilot and support team are really helpful and always help us. The initial setup took quite some time, to be honest. So I would say the first two weeks were hard, but now a lot of things can be reusable and duplicated. So now it's easy. "Time savings + hugely collaborative team"
What do you like best about AirOps?

What's made a big difference is the AirOps team itself. They've been real partners, not just a vendor. Responsive, collaborative, and willing to get in the weeds with us on new use cases. I joke that they read our minds — half the time a feature we've been wishing for just... appears. And when we've actually asked for something specific, it's been ready for us in a matter of weeks. That kind of turnaround is rare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AirOps?

Output accuracy is still the thing we watch most closely. We've caught incorrect stats, wrong product details, and facts that just needed a second look before publishing. It means editing time is still real. Also, the brand voice has felt a bit stiff in more recent outputs — more dictionary definition than "talking to a real person." Would love to see sourcing become more transparent so fact-checking is less of a manual lift! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AirOps Makes Workflows Easy with Excellent Tutorials and Learning Resources"
What do you like best about AirOps?

AirOps makes it easier to understand and use their product through tutorials, free courses, cohorts, and Zoom sessions. It's really important because the idea of a "content engineer" can be quite intimidating for people who consider themselves non-technical. And once you get the hang of using AirOps and building workflows, it gets easier and easier while making your life easier and more efficient when it comes to content creation and beyond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AirOps?

This is not a dislike, but it can be quite technical at times, which is why they've done well by creating and making available so many resources for training and learning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth Workflow Creation with AirOps’ Built-In Copilot"
What do you like best about AirOps?

I like how simple it is to create workflows on AirOps, as there's virtually every tool any marketer would use. These include SEO tools like Ahrefs, top-tier LLMs, AEO tools, and even project management tools. What I really love is the built-in Copilot option that helps when creating workflows. It can suggest steps to add or even create an entire workflow for you as long as you have a good idea. The process is seamless and with the cohort, you can get new ideas to make use of AirOps in all things content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AirOps?

I'm yet to come across anything that would make AirOps a turn-off. My experinence so far has been all positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AirOps Empowers Effortless Content Scaling and Workflow Management"
What do you like best about AirOps?

AirOps has unlocked our ability to post custom content at scale across the site. What I love the most about it, though, is the ability to have multiple workflows simultaneously. We have had a hard time scaling content across multiple projects -- AirOps has helped us to do just that.

Also, our team has some people who are not very tech savvy. AirOps made it simple and easy to use. The support team that helped us get all of our workflows setup have been invaluable! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AirOps?

No real downsides. The hardest part of us is making sure our Engineering team is aligned on priority for data connections. It was a short onboarding process, so I would have liked to see the impact more before fully committing to a year at the price point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish"
What do you like best about AirOps?

The biggest win for us has been how AirOps connects all the pieces of our content process. Instead of bouncing between five different tools, we now have one platform that handles research, writing, and optimization together. It's genuinely saved us hours every week.

What really impressed me is the brand knowledge feature. We uploaded our tone guidelines and key messaging, and the content that comes out actually feels on-brand. That was always a struggle before—especially when working with AI tools that produced generic-sounding copy.

The workflow automation is also a game-changer. We've built custom workflows that match exactly how our team operates, which means less friction and faster turnaround on projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AirOps?

Honestly, there's not a lot to criticize. The main thing I'd mention is that there's a bit of a setup period. Building out your workflows and uploading all your brand assets takes some upfront effort. It's definitely worth it once everything is in place, but don't expect to be fully up and running on day one.

I'd also say that for highly technical or specialized content, you still need a human in the loop to check for accuracy. The platform does a great job, but some topics just require that extra layer of review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionized Our Workflow and Content Creation"
What do you like best about AirOps?

One of the things I really like about AirOps is how it has significantly minimized our manual tasks, which used to be extremely time-consuming. For example, when creating content, especially for website optimization, the manual work involved in brief creation and content generation used to take a lot of time. But with AirOps, we’ve been able to build a streamlined workflow that handles it all in one go, which saves a lot of effort and time.

Another great feature we’ve utilized is its ability to scrape Google results for specific keywords. Essentially, AirOps offers a versatile set of tools, from identifying outreach lists to scaling content across multiple websites. It’s been a game-changer for optimizing our processes! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AirOps?

One thing that can be challenging, especially for new users, is the initial learning curve of the tool. It might seem overwhelming due to the wide range of features and capabilities. So it does take some time to get fully acquainted with everything it has to offer.

However the support team is quick, efficient, and always ready to help with any questions or concerns! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Agents and Impressive Workflow Builder, but a Steep Learning Curve"
What do you like best about AirOps?

AirOps is a deeply technical tool that puts a lot of power at your fingertips. The pre-built power agents are extensive, and the custom workflow builder is genuinely impressive, making it easy to create, adjust, and refine workflows to fit what you need.

The interface is beautiful and clean. That said, there’s so much information and so many options that it can feel overwhelming at times, even though the visual design is well executed.

I also worked with their support once when I noticed a workflow in a power agent wasn’t returning output the way it should. They jumped in right away and helped quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AirOps?

The learning curve is decently steep. I would highly suggest doing the AirOps university to really understand what's going on under the hood. Fully understanding inputs, outputs, and workflows is a must.

One of the power agents didn't totally work and so I needed to contact support. I couldn't easily apply his one fix to the rest of my grid which was frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for Quick AI Workflow Automation"
What do you like best about AirOps?

Airops is a good choice if you want to quickly chain together AI-powered workflows without much setup. It’s fundamentally best for simple, out-of-the-box automations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AirOps?

If you’re comfortable building your own prompts and logic with GPT, Claude, or custom LLM pipelines, you may run into limits. This is true specially if you need fine-tuned control or want to iterate beyond the prebuilt modules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Scaling SEO and AEO Without Scaling Headcount"
What do you like best about AirOps?

What I like most about AirOps is the massive time savings. It takes what would normally be hours of complex SEO analysis from owned content to performance and competitor audits, and turns it into something fast, clear, and actually enjoyable to work with. I also love how easy it is to tweak and refine workflows to get high-quality outputs tailored to my specific needs. The training resources and example library are so helpful when building and designing workflows as a starting point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AirOps?

The downside is the pricing model. If you’re not careful about monitoring team usage, it’s easy to burn through your task budget faster than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
