What do you like best about AirOps?

Ease of workflow development, as well as AI-generated workflows allow for the speedy automation of many repetitive tasks in our content strategy. Their customer support team is best-in-class, and incredibly accessible, particularly when initially onboarding AirOps. Implementation was incredibly easy for how robust the product is. What do you dislike about AirOps?

Hallucinations do happen in workflows, and can be frustrating to troubleshoot solutions for. The credits model can make work expensive quickly, if you don't keep an eye on your spend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AirOps?

The user journey is terrible.

I inadvertently clicked on upgrade (I wanted to see what I would need to pay to upgrade), and they directly billed me.

The thing is, AirOps isn't an affordable product.

They know I'm a bootstrapped company, they know I need to pay attention to my finances but they never answer me (just to say we will pay attention to your situation - we will go back to you asap).

I paid their highest plan but I'm still at their solo plan. I paid their highest plan, but they don't answer me. That's how they treat customers. They are super responsive when you need to upgrade / pay. No worries about that.

They decided to ignore me until when? No idea.
