## AirOps Reviews
 ### 1. Excellent content engine, and MCP context is what sets it apart

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about AirOps?**

We're piloting AirOps, so this is early hands-on, not a year in production.
AI and intelligence. This is the best part of the platform, and the reason we're in. The intelligence is the real thing, especially for SEO and content work. It scouts, it handles backlinking, and it holds context across a task better than we expected. Wire in your MCP connections and it gets sharper fast, because now it's pulling from your actual sources instead of guessing. If output quality is what you care about, this is where AirOps wins.

Integrations. The easy part. AirOps drops cleanly into an MCP setup, so connecting our tools and sources was quick, and those connections are what make the AI as good as it is. If you're already working in MCP, this will feel native.

Support and onboarding. A real strength. Onboarding was thorough enough to get us working without a lot of trial and error, and support has been quick when we needed it. For a platform with this much going on, that counts for more than it sounds.

UI and UX. Where there's the most room to improve. You get workflows, power agents, and playbooks, and all of it is capable, but figuring out how they fit together and when to reach for which takes a while. The power is all there. The work is the learning curve to reach it. Plan on leaning on that onboarding to get over the hump.

Performance. The other soft spot. We've hit lag and a few bugs in normal use. Nothing that's stopped us cold, but enough to break flow and get noticed. For a tool you'd run every day, this is what we'd most want tightened.

Pricing and ROI. Still TBD. We're in the pilot, so putting a number on the value right now wouldn't be honest. We'll know more once we've run it long enough to weigh output against cost. The signal looks good. The proof isn't in yet for us specifically.

Where it nets out. AirOps lives and dies on its AI, and the AI is excellent, especially once MCP is feeding it context. Support has your back while you learn it. The catch is a UX that takes real work to figure out and performance that can stutter. If you want AI quality and you'll put in the ramp, it's worth a serious look. We'll report back on ROI once the pilot has legs.

**What do you dislike about AirOps?**

The platform is genuinely capable, and most of our friction so far has come from getting that capability organized, not from limits in what it can do. These read to us as early speed bumps rather than dealbreakers, and a few targeted improvements would smooth them out:

Getting oriented across workflows, power agents, and playbooks. The three building blocks are powerful on their own, and once they click the potential is obvious. The learning curve is in understanding how they relate and how information passes between them, which took us some time up front. That meant our early energy went into setup and logistics before we could get to the content creation and automation we're most excited about. A clearer mental model would shorten that ramp, whether it's a visual map of how the pieces hand off to each other, a guided "first automation" path, or a few templates showing all three working together end to end.

Smoothing out setup and connections. Routing data between tools takes a bit more technical setup than we expected. As one example, we ran into a Notion authentication issue and worked with support to get it sorted, which they handled well. The opportunity is to make more of that self-serve: tighter setup flows for common connections, clearer messages when an authorization doesn't go through, and a quick way to confirm a connection is live before running a full playbook. Small changes there would let teams get moving faster on their own.

Tightening up playbook reliability. Occasionally a playbook will stall on a long load or need a quit-and-refresh to get going again. It's a manageable workaround today, but smoothing it out would make longer automations feel more dependable. Clearer failure states instead of an open-ended spinner, and the ability to retry or resume a stalled step without starting over, would make a noticeable difference in day-to-day flow.

None of these have changed our read that the core platform is worth investing in. They're the rough edges you'd expect this early, and the capability underneath is strong enough that smoothing the setup, connection, and reliability layers would take an already-promising tool and make it something we lean on without a second thought.

**What problems is AirOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have several expert voices at our company, and the hard part was never having something to say. It was production. Turning each expert's knowledge into polished long-form content meant heavy back-and-forth, and that bottleneck capped how much we could publish.

We struggled to produce long-form content at the pace our calendar demanded, putting out maybe one or two blogs a month. Now we can generate it at scale across all of our distinct voices, to the point where producing 10 to 15 a month is well within reach if we want it. We're not chasing volume for its own sake, but going from one or two to that kind of ceiling means output is no longer the thing holding us back. Our team spends its time on strategy and refinement instead of drafting and chasing revisions.

A big part of that is the setup AirOps built for us in Notion. We have a comprehensive content database we can actually work from, so iterating and refining a piece happens in one place instead of scattered across docs and threads.

The other piece is that our whole workflow runs through Claude over MCP, which unifies the tools we were juggling separately. We'd already codified our brand voice as a set of Claude skills, the voice each of our experts uses, the rules they follow, the things we never say, and we used those to inform the knowledge base and voice setup in AirOps. So the AI produces in the specific voices we've defined, pulling from our real sources and standards instead of guessing at a generic style.

The result is that we stay ahead of our content calendar instead of racing to keep up, our experts' time goes to the strategic work only they can do, and producing on-brand long-form content stopped being the constraint it used to be.

 ### 2. Powerful Agents and Impressive Workflow Builder, but a Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about AirOps?**

AirOps is a deeply technical tool that puts a lot of power at your fingertips. The pre-built power agents are extensive, and the custom workflow builder is genuinely impressive, making it easy to create, adjust, and refine workflows to fit what you need.

The interface is beautiful and clean. That said, there’s so much information and so many options that it can feel overwhelming at times, even though the visual design is well executed.

I also worked with their support once when I noticed a workflow in a power agent wasn’t returning output the way it should. They jumped in right away and helped quickly.

**What do you dislike about AirOps?**

The learning curve is decently steep. I would highly suggest doing the AirOps university to really understand what's going on under the hood. Fully understanding inputs, outputs, and workflows is a must.

One of the power agents didn't totally work and so I needed to contact support. I couldn't easily apply his one fix to the rest of my grid which was frustrating.

**What problems is AirOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to review a lot of blog content and do content updates in bulk is a massive help. It also helped me scrape competitors' web pages and then create a full keyword, positioning, differentiation, gap analysis report the then act on.

 ### 3. Powerful, Expansive Tool with Valuable Brand Kits and Knowledge Bases

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kayleigh C. | Marketing Project Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about AirOps?**

It can be so expansive. It's very powerful and integrates lots of tools and LLM models together, and the brand kits / knowledge bases are extremely valuable – I find less hallucinations in my work here because of it. There are always new features to discover and explore. I appreciate the community building around the platform and it feels genuinely valuable to my work.

**What do you dislike about AirOps?**

Workflows break often because of complicated steps and updates to LLM models, which I wish AirOps corrected more automatically. Copilot is consistently not very helpful but it has improved with time.

**What problems is AirOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Massive amounts of content marketing

 ### 4. From chaos to copy: why AirOps works for content teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamie A. | Content & SEO Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about AirOps?**

The class structure was very neat and the team was very accomodating.

**What do you dislike about AirOps?**

Copilot is amazing but could use a little work to help with inputs that match with blocks.

**What problems is AirOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AirOps gives me a reliable way to turn messy inputs into consistent, on-brand outputs. It solves three painful gaps:

Output-first design that removes guesswork and rewrites. I define the deliverable, then work backwards.

Reusable context via Brand Kits and Knowledge Bases, so tone and facts stay tight without handholding.

Scale through Grids, so one prompt becomes many high quality variants for different audiences and locales.

The benefit is speed with control. I spend less time briefing and editing, more time shipping content that matches our rules, reads naturally in UK English, and is ready to paste.

 ### 5. Transforms Manual Tasks into Scalable, No-Code Workflows

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wei H. | Performance Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2025

**What do you like best about AirOps?**

I’ve been using AirOps to build internal workflows for tracking and generating Reddit responses and to understand how our content shows up in AI search. It’s been super useful for turning messy manual processes into something scalable and repeatable without needing to code anything. The interface is simple once you get into it, and I like how flexible it is for both writing and analysis tasks. It’s one of those tools that saves hours every week.

**What do you dislike about AirOps?**

There’s a bit of a learning curve at first, especially figuring out how to structure workflows the right way. Some of the documentation could go deeper with real examples. But they do have AirOps university that goes over the basic stuff

**What problems is AirOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AirOps helps me automate and scale tasks that used to be completely manual, like drafting Reddit responses and analysing how our content appears in AI search results.

 ### 6. Rich Context Tools—Brand Kits, Knowledge Bases, and Web Scraping That Deliver Better Results

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about AirOps?**

I like how much context you can add to get better results—things like brand kits and knowledge bases, plus the web page scrape feature that helps the LLM actually digest the information you’re asking it to review. The copilot prompt makes it simple to build workflows when you feel stuck.

**What do you dislike about AirOps?**

The only thing I dislike is the lack of CMS and CMR options. I'd like to see Go High Level, Elementor, Bricks, etc. be added.

**What problems is AirOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helping solve the often lackluster results I get from LLM outputs by making them more brand-forward and more accurate to what I’m working toward. It also streamlines my workflow, so I can spend less time on repetitive tasks and more time on strategy and delivering a polished final result.

 ### 7. Really, really powerful platform for any and all content initiatives.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2026

**What do you like best about AirOps?**

The documentation, academy, and resources to make the most of the tool

**What do you dislike about AirOps?**

It's a very powerful tool but can be overwhelming because there's so much it cane do. Also, Quill, the AI copilot, can be pretty hit or miss.

**What problems is AirOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scaling content marketing efforts while maintaining a high bar in terms of quality (without having to scale headcount)

 ### 8. Great integrations, super customizable, takes a long time to feel like you know what you're doing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about AirOps?**

The robust integrations with MCPs and level of detail you can go to in workflows

**What do you dislike about AirOps?**

The setup and onboarding time, the learning curve with the product, the bugs, the time to value

**What problems is AirOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating content that is both AEO optimized and on brand in a much faster way than our small team ever could

 ### 9. Automates Article Workflows with Integrated Geo Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mehran K. | Senior Growth Strategist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about AirOps?**

It helps automate the workflow and integrate geo insights when creating articles.

**What do you dislike about AirOps?**

Access to GEO tracking is limited compared to competitors.

**What problems is AirOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s easy to create content for both large and small articles, and it has significantly reduced my time spent writing. What used to take more than 6 hours of work now takes about 10 minutes after I built my workflow.

 ### 10. Fantastic for Repeatable Marketing Tasks and Content Ops

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kaylee P. | Audience Development Team Manager, Publishing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2025

**What do you like best about AirOps?**

My experience with AirOps comes from participating in their cohort this summer, where I worked closely with the team on an every-other-day, weekly basis. That gave me a really deep understanding of how the tool works and how different AI models can be used to create content and support marketing tasks.

What I love most is the utility and the features. There just aren’t many places where you can string together multiple AI models to create any document or piece of content you might need. Most tools are built on one AI model. AirOps gives you access to various models without requiring you to sign up for each one separately, which is huge.

I also really believe you usually can’t get from point A to point Z with just one tool, and AirOps is excellent at helping you orchestrate that. It’s also very intentional about where you can insert human choice and human connection, so your workflows stay personalized and don’t feel generic. It’s a flexible, interesting, and genuinely helpful tool once you get into it.

I also want to call out the customer service. AirOps has unbeatable, fantastic support. I took a cohort for a long stretch and learned a ton of skills, all for free. You’re not just getting a tool; you’re getting access to really talented, thoughtful people who will help you figure out how to make it work for your specific use cases.

**What do you dislike about AirOps?**

Because AirOps is so powerful and flexible, it can also feel pretty complicated. This isn’t a tool you jump into and, two hours later, magically have 500 blog posts. That’s a general misconception about AI, but it’s worth saying here: you still need to put real work into the processes.

To get the most out of AirOps, you really need to know what tasks you want to tackle and what outcomes you’re aiming for before you start building. It shines with repeatable tasks and ongoing workflows much more than one-off projects. It’s easy to personalize to your needs, but to personalize it well, you have to put in the time and effort, or work closely with the AirOps team to dial in your workflows.

So if you’re a smaller company that only publishes one or two blog posts a week and you already have a writer on staff, it may not be the most obvious fit. But if you’re trying to seriously scale your content production and editing, and you’re willing to invest the time up front, it’s a great place to be.

**What problems is AirOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, the main problem AirOps solves, both in my work and in the content world in general, is how to actually scale AI in a way that's flexible and repeatable. It provides a powerful tool and a set of DIY workflows that help you leverage AI to scale your existing workflows. The customizable aspect makes it easy to create repeatable workflows that are genuinely useful, instead of being stuck with rigid templates.

AirOps lets you take what you're already doing in tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini and run it at a much greater scale. The workflows are also adjustable and editable as you go. So if you generate 100 blogs with one workflow and realize the voice is a bit off, or you want to tweak the length or style, you can jump back into that part of the workflow and update it for the next round. That DIY, customizable layer is the real solution for me. You're not locked into a generic template made by someone else; you can tailor everything to your brand. I don't think many AI tools or agents are doing that well right now.

 ### 11. Quickly Scales Quality Content for AIO

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about AirOps?**

The ability to quickly scale quality content. The help tool is massively helpful is being about to engineer workflows I wouldn't have been otherwise able to on my own.

**What do you dislike about AirOps?**

How cumbersome and detailed some workflows need to get for a desired output. Some workflows can take over a week of dedicated tweaking, iterating, and testing for a desired output.

**What problems is AirOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing us to scale quality content without the need for a dedicated full time SEO/AIO copywriter and improve our AI search.

 ### 12. Simple to use, hard to master - A true n8n alternative for marketing teams.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about AirOps?**

When we started looking for workflow automation software, we tried a few different tools that didn't click. Most were focused on dev work and offered little in terms of accessibility and ease of use.

When we stumbled upon AirOps, everything clicked right away. Support offered excellent assistance to get us set up, and it quickly took center stage for many important tasks. We use it frequently now. Another big plus is that it's also a great way to learn how to do automation workflows if you are a beginner, as they provide ready-made steps that provide very good outputs.

The tool is also equipped with tons of great integrations, and - if you have the skills - workflows can become as complex as you like them to be.

**What do you dislike about AirOps?**

We found it hard to know how the testing credits work, as there is no UI explaining how this works. Every account should have some free testing credits, but there is nothing in-app showing your limits. Integrated grids can be a bit buggy and unresponsive, some features like JSON upload/download of workflow logic + prompts can be deactivated (so save your work often!).

**What problems is AirOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everything related to the content creation pipelines and automated research.

 ### 13. Customizable AI Workflow Builder

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about AirOps?**

I like that it’s a highly customizable AI workflow builder. I’m not locked into preset templates and can shape workflows around my actual use cases.

**What do you dislike about AirOps?**

There is a slight learning curve to the product, which may slow adoption, but the Copilot feature has been really useful.

**What problems is AirOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speeds up execution across SEO and GEO initiatives.

 ### 14. Diverse Use Cases That Fit Many Needs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about AirOps?**

It has a diverse set of use cases and allows you to compete in the algorithm regardless of your team size.

**What do you dislike about AirOps?**

Its content doesn't always transition properly (formatting wise)

**What problems is AirOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us pump out content in a content driven era

 ### 15. AirOps Excels at Custom Client Grids and Organization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2025

**What do you like best about AirOps?**

AirOps is great for creating grids that learn your clients' specific needs/requirements - it's easy to keep it all organized and avoid the AI using what it learns about one client and applying it to another, if they're really different.

**What do you dislike about AirOps?**

It's still struggling to research and write listicles, where you have to write product descriptions, find features, and write pros and cons. We've found errors in those. But it's great for guide-type blogs and product pages!

**What problems is AirOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's sped up our processes and saved us a lot of time during a period where we're growing rapidly and need more bandwidth desperately.

 ### 16. Easy Workflow Setup and Flexible Editing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about AirOps?**

How easy it is to set up workflows and modify them.

**What do you dislike about AirOps?**

It's unclear where certain pieces of instructions should go (brand kit, customer variables, etc.)

**What problems is AirOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has streamlined internal workflows and has made the localisation process easier.

 ### 17. Essential Tool for Content Optimization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Do T. | Growth Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2025

**What do you like best about AirOps?**

Airops is very useful for content optimization. Love to use it.

**What do you dislike about AirOps?**

Bit of a learning curve, but they offer excellent classes.

**What problems is AirOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving fragmented tools and limits on AI tools.

 ### 18. Clean, Intuitive UX; But Would Benefit From More Templates

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about AirOps?**

The UX design is very clean and intuitive, and similar to other marketing workflow platforms which makes for an easy learning curve.

**What do you dislike about AirOps?**

Since its applications are so vast, having more templates for inspiration and to get started from would be useful.

**What problems is AirOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the rise of AI in SERPs, having data over our visibility here is beneficial.

 ### 19. Automates Mundane Tasks

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2025

**What do you like best about AirOps?**

I'm a marketing manager, and I'm exploring the tool's capabilities, but at the moment, it helps me automate mundane tasks.

**What do you dislike about AirOps?**

I think their help center can be improved. More compact, bite-sized courses would be nice.

**What problems is AirOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation!

 ### 20. Scales Effortlessly Across Markets

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about AirOps?**

How you can scale at large to various markets.

**What do you dislike about AirOps?**

The technical aspects that you really need to learnt to understand how well the platform works.

**What problems is AirOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Producing content at scale

 ### 21. User-Friendly and Backed by Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

Airops is easy to use, support is amazing. Onboarding is easy.

**What do you dislike about AirOps?**

Airops Enterprise level can be expensive.

Airops is making content briefing easier
