**What do you like best about Acqueon?**

The team is generally very responsive, specifically Bill.  He was quick to get back to us and communicate.  I also feel their leadership team has a ton of integrity and I truly feel I can trust them to support us when we need them.

The team was very responsive during our cutover and accessible to troubleshoot.

**What do you dislike about Acqueon?**

There were some challenges from a technical standpoint with getting the solution to work as expected as we had several tests not pass when we understood things were completed and ready but found they weren't.  This caused delays in our go live dates as well as some issues where a version upgrade over a weekend unexpectedly broke some customizations that had previously worked.  The team was quick to support that and even with issues during our go live.

**What problems is Acqueon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used Acqueon LCM in Cisco UCCE for many years and now we are using the LCM Cloud solution for our migration into Cisco Webex CC.

**What do you like best about Acqueon?**

Acqueon has a team of highly skilled and experienced engineers who have been supporting the product for over a decade. This deep expertise ensures smooth and efficient implementation for their clients.

I’ve found some of their engineers to be exceptionally helpful, calm, and composed. They consistently go above and beyond to provide top-quality support, resolving even complex issues regardless of technical limitations and complexities.

**What do you dislike about Acqueon?**

One major challenge we faced during our project was the lack of an onsite presence from Acqueon. This significantly impacted the pace of implementation, and at some stages, we (from client side) had to push really hard to bring the project back on track.

To avoid such issues in future engagements, it’s important for Acqueon to establish a local presence in the Middle East, especially in Saudi Arabia. Relying solely on VPN and remote support often leads to avoidable delays and limits effective collaboration during critical stages of implementation.

**What problems is Acqueon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Alrajhi Bank collections department is using LCM AutoDialer to call their customers and ensuring the bank maximum possible recovery on their delinquent and defaulted loans.

**What do you like best about Acqueon?**

The implementation of the Dialer was relatively smooth. The Acqueon Project Engineer was proficiently skilled and was happy to lead myself through the creation process and explain how various configurable items related/affected each other. All challenges/issues once identified as an Acqueon issue, were attended too by the Project Engineer and/or Team. Overall, services provided by the Project Delivery Engineer was rated high.

**What do you dislike about Acqueon?**

Timezone difference was not too great. Waiting for the Acqueon Team to come online in the afternoon etc.
Integration with Cisco WxCC. Had teething issues which was critical for the customer as it was prolonged. Acqueon relied on Cisco to investigate and provide evidence that the issues were on the Acqueon side. Acqueon Support Team, would not initially assist, as the project had not been officially signed off.. (due to these teething issues).

**What problems is Acqueon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Dialer is in use by the customer to satisfy appointment confirmation calls. Number of campaigns run daily can be between 2-4. From the customer position, having calls auto dialed to customers saves the Agents valuable time.

**What do you like best about Acqueon?**

What I like most about Acqueon is the ease of integration with our existing CISCO UCCX system, which was made even smoother by their expert professional services team. They handled the entire setup process for us, ensuring everything was configured correctly and efficiently. The training we received was also excellent, allowing our team to quickly get up to speed on using the system. Acqueon offers a wide range of features, from call management to detailed reporting, all of which have significantly enhanced our customer care team’s performance. The platform is easy to use, and the support throughout the process made a huge difference in our overall experience.

**What do you dislike about Acqueon?**

Overall, our experience with Acqueon has been great. However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. Some of the more advanced features took our team a bit longer to fully understand and implement than we expected. While the training and support were helpful, we needed extra time to get comfortable with certain customizations. Additionally, we found that the pricing for smaller-scale licenses was a bit higher than anticipated.

Acqueon is helping us streamline our outbound campaigns and improve how we manage customer care. By integrating smoothly with Cisco UCCX, it gives us the flexibility to run both agent-assisted and agentless dialing, which makes a big difference in efficiency. The reporting features also give us valuable insights into how our campaigns are performing, so we can make adjustments as needed. Overall, it's been a great tool for improving both our productivity and the quality of service we offer.

the upsides of Acqueon is that it integrates well with Salesforce and AWS Connect.

It’s a multitasking beast - keeps everyone compliant with the regulations, predicts when a call will actually get picked up, and even handles multiple channels like SMS and email. It’s like having a secret weapon for staying on top of customer outreach without stressing your team out.

**What do you dislike about Acqueon?**

The advanced features need some getting used to - it’s not exactly ‘plug and play.’ Plus, if you’re running a shoestring operation like that small-town IT shop I worked at, the pricing might feel like a stretch.

**What problems is Acqueon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acqueon takes the chaos out of outbound communication. Back in my small-town IT days, we had to juggle calls manually - wasting time chasing dead leads and missing key follow-ups. Acqueon solves that by automating the whole process, predicting when someone is most likely to answer, and ensuring we don’t accidentally break compliance laws. It benefits us by keeping agents focused on actual conversations, not dialing, and by making outreach feel less like a grind and more like a precision operation.

I like that this system is very flexible, and has a vast number of features to modify and utilize to fit just about any and every buisness case.

**What do you dislike about Acqueon?**

Initial implementation team for our organization was incredibly hard to work with. I do not feel that this team listened to what we needed for our organization, and was very argumentative. It is also incredibly frustrating that during implemenation we did not have a resource that could differentiate between what is acqueon dependencies and what is cisco dependencies. The finger pointing back and fourth got to be a bit extreme, and it would be incredibly helpful to have someone that understand both the acqueon and cisco side of this integration to better help customers, and to explain to them when something is on the cisco side of things or when it is on the acqueon side of things.

Providing list management so that we can run an outbound preview campaign for collection purposes.

We are financial institution with strict security protocols, and our corporate security policy restricts direct communication with SMS servers. Instead we use an internal SMS application with secure, exposed API for sending messages. Acqueon demonstrated exceptional flexibility and expertise by customizing their solution to integrate seemlessly with our internal SMS application API, rather than relying on direct SMS server communication.

Missing buildin feature to integrate with SMS API.

Working with the project team was a great experience. They were very patient and held very detailed training sessions and would tailer to how I would learn best. During the implementation process, they were also very helpful as we worked through the best setup and assisted with any adaption that would need to be made. There are several features that allow for you to become as broad or granular as needed to meet the business need. Acqueon is also very interested in hearing and implementing ways to improve the system or ways the customer may utilize the system.

We experienced cummunication barriers, but everyone we worked with was very patient and knowledgeable throughout the process.

Agent lag time between calls, compliace requirements (state and federal regulations), tracking agent production and phone number effectiveness (RPC).

people - they are able to work in an agile fashion. very commited to making the product a success.

Training. 

Training- whilst we held train the trainer sessions - the documentation on the platform is not strong enough. we still find a reliance on AQN to understand how things are interrelated.

**What problems is Acqueon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it gives an ease of control to the Cisco dialler infratructure, meaning we can have those not well versed in telephony able to admin the platform.

**What do you like best about Acqueon?**

Acqueon engagement was a great collaboration to get us up and running with our 1st Campaign.  We had several road blocks on both sides which delayed the launch of this program but Acqueon remained very patient and kept our engineer resource in place and available to complete our project.  Acqueon attended to our campaign issues almost immediately and also quickly implemented campaign modifications.  They really showed that they valued us as a customer and truly are interested in continued partnership to assist us to implement the full capabilities of their product.

**What do you dislike about Acqueon?**

The beginning project setup was a little bit hard to follow.  I would suggest using something like Teams file sharing so that we can stay better in sync and understand activities and progress on Acqueon end and visa versa.  Also would have been best at start of engagement and through the CISCO integration that we spent more time upfront on preparing the environment so we could scope out 3rd party man hours.  Maybe include 2hrs of just report training with key team members.

Makes it easier to have skilled agents receive preview of outbound call to prospect and be able to capture disposition. Multiple attempts automation easily increases the probability of making a sale.

This is part of ongoing Zeta engagement where genpact selected Acqueon as . When we started last year, initially, we thought something is missing. 

However, Acqueon team Suresh Kumar V and Praveen Kumar G. under the leadership of Eazu Franklin Ranay and really picked it up swiftly and helped us p[ut together missing pieces and delievered solution in time. 

I must say this one is a very complex multi party integrated solution and Acqueon came up as a great one under the leadership of Eazu.

This is part of ongoing Zeta engagement where genpact selected Acqueon as one of the implementation partner. When we started last year, initially, we thought something is missing. 

However, Acqueon team Suresh Kumar V and Praveen Kumar G. under the leadership of Eazu Franklin Ranay really picked it up swiftly and helped us put together missing pieces and delievered solution in time. 

I must say, this one is a complex multi party integrated solution and Acqueon came up as one of the best partner to work with  under the leadership of Eazu.

Acqueon professional services team helped us migrating LCM (4.2.1.31 for UCCE). from Win 2012 to 2019 OS. The project engineer (Suresh Kumar V) carried out due-diligence, gathered all the information, and created a checklist by ensuring the key tasks are executed in a sequential way as there were dependancies on multiple stakeholders. 

We're overall very satisfied with this migration and successful readiness of the production launch. The engineer was very flexible and supportive through out the migration and as a result, we did not see any post production issues which displays the sheer determination of the engineer.

The only issue was scheduling with the Indian timezones as they are more then 12 hours difference.  Acqueon was extremely accomidating with their schedule!

We needed to utilize Acqueon in a custom way that integrated with our existing technology.  This created some additional complexity in getting the tool to work properly for us.  However, Acqueon was extremely helpful every step of the way and did a tremendous job working with us until we were able to get the solution working.  They have always been responsive and have gone above and beyond working with our engineering team as well as our operational team to properly integrate the solution and help our operations team utilize the tool effectively.

**What do you dislike about Acqueon?**

Acqueon ended up being far more difficult to implement than I would have hoped, but again, this was largely due to the custom way in which we were utilizing the tool.  I imagine a more standard implementation would be much smoother.  However, even though it proved to be difficult, it would not have been possible at all if Acqueon wasn't flexible and did not make changes on their end that facilitated our custom integration.

We are lowering our call center cost for both sales and collections by improving dialing efficiency.  This is extremely important in our company since we are heavily reliant on our call center and every efficiency gain is very impactful.

The robustness of the LCM solution and the ability to support customization for the complex campaign management. The team we worked with on our implementation was very knowledgeable and had in-depth expertise on how the solution worked to advise us of the best way to implement our requirements.

Even though LCM supports complex customization, when troubleshooting or issues arise, it is difficult for Tech Support to be knowledgeable enough to resolve them.

LCM solution is very flexible and allows for a lot of customization. If you can design your campaigns without customization, it would be highly recommended.

Our organization needs the flexibility to send out large volumes of appointment/billing/other reminders. The solution offers a robust delivery capability. We have been able to reduce dependency on 3rd party vendors that provided this capability which is a huge cost savings.

**What do you like best about Acqueon?**

The Acqueon LCM product is the perfect enhancement to the Cisco UCCX auto-dialer.  It provides the needed flexibility to effectively and strategically manage campaigns.  The implementation team was very thorough in gathering the information needed for a successful deployment.  We implemented the system in September 2020 and changed how we use the system dramatically in November 2021 when new federal regulations required we change the way we auto-dial certain customers.  We engaged their pre-sales engineers to devise a way the system could be altered to meet these requirements.  At first, we weren't sure the LCM system could be used as we needed but this engineer went above and beyond to find a solution.  Because of this, we were able to meet the federal regulations deadline for these changes.

**What do you dislike about Acqueon?**

It's not a "dislike" but areas of improvement and I think there are a few that could be addressed.  

Regarding the system, (1) they seem to have a dot release about every 2 weeks.  It would be beneficial to have a customer portal to review the release notes and timelines.  This would help the customer know if a bug they have may be addressed with one of the releases and let the customer decide if they should do the upgrade or wait.  (2)During the implementation with UCCX 11.5, we determined the Informix db was being hammered by LCM requests and we had to alter the timeframe the LCM communicates with it.  This was a customization that possibly should be standard.  

Regarding operations, (1) a customer portal for submitting and tracking tickets would be nice.  Also, there is no phone number to call for urgent matters.  Everything is done via email.  While they are responsive to emails, sometimes it would be nice to get on a phone call and explain the issue.  (2) Likely related to my specific configuration as I'm in a hosted infrastructure environment where both my UCCX and Acqueon servers are hosted by a 3rd party.  Granting support access to my server requires me to RDP to the server and they access it by controlling my PC via a Webex session.  You can imagine that any support call where this access is needed requires me to be without a PC for the duration of the call as they are controlling my PC.  Hopefully, other customers don't experience this frustration.  

My last area of improvement would be training.  Pre and/or Post-implementation training would be beneficial.  The system is very robust and having admin training to understand the system better would benefit both Acqueon and their customers.  We may be able to use the system differently but going thru the admin guides to figure it out isn't the way.  

All in all, their support staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

We needed a way to slice and dice campaign lists and implement the best time to call/right party contact functionality.  The vanilla Cisco UCCX dialer doesn't have that ability so we started looking for a tool to allow this and Acqueon was highly recommended by our hosting vendor and other Cisco customers we talked to.  We also wanted better real-time and historical reporting functionality.
