**What do you like best about Acqueon?**

I like the ability to edit or customize campaigns using the interface. I can adjust campaigns and create new ones without weeks of meetings for development and implementation. They also are very responsive when support is needed.

**What do you dislike about Acqueon?**

Nothing comes to mind at this time. If you have user suggestions, they are often reviewed and included in a future release.

**What problems is Acqueon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Acqueon to manage campaigns across the ambulatory network. Prior to its implementation, we did not have a platform for sending out automated messaging or campaigns. Patients are used to receiving messages from other business settings so adding this service is a plus to patient experience.

It just works and is easy to use. Very good interface.  Logical.

No, the product has everything we need to help run our Cisco dialler.

**Recommendations to others considering Acqueon:**

Upgrades can take a long time (think a whole weekend) so be prepared for this.

Much better record management on Cisco dialler

Not a criticism to the product or process but it does take time to implement well.

**What problems is Acqueon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Epic Screen Pop gadget / Web-Services will leverage customers existing Cisco Finesse and Epic implementations to provide screen pop functionality into the customer’s Epic environment. It does this by sending collected information about the caller to Epic to retrieve matching patient data that will appear in the requested activity window of the agent desktop.
When a contact center agent accepts a call and the call data is delivered to the Finesse agent desktop, the Epic Screen Pop gadget submits a web service request to the Receive Communication web service, which is part of the Contact Center API on Epic Interconnect, the Epic web services interface.

So far, there hasn't been any incident where i felt some kind of support was missing from Acqueon Team.

Acqueon is helping us onboard countries on Cloud portal which indeed is helping us in improving our services that we offer to end customer. I am very hopeful that in long run, this tool will help us in improving our overall performance

The team is highly professional and they made the solution what we were exactly looking for.Especially implementation engineer Nithya has done wonderful job.

**What do you dislike about Acqueon?**

Noticed limitation when it comes to integrating with 2-way SMS system.Gateway based SMS system requires customization for integration.

**What problems is Acqueon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Appointment confirmation for hospitals which can help us to reduce the no shows .

Customer Service. Ability to take cell phones out of the automatic dialer.

**What do you dislike about Acqueon?**

Lack of customization. While Acqueon is capable of potentially modifying to fit a customers specific needs the out of the box customization was not where we hoped it would be.

**What problems is Acqueon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Were working with them on the ability to populate the Unique Identifer in the Campaigns tab.

The ability to feed records to agents to take away the manual dialing process.

Quick implementation and campaign set up, clean agents test desktop, easy integration with Twilio.

Reporting is not as robust as other tools. 
Roles and permissions are a little clumsy.

Shorten the time for campaign configuration and increased integration with open APIs.

The build team was willing to go above and beyond to help us troubleshoot issues and get the solution in market.

**What do you dislike about Acqueon?**

We had a hard time during business requirements gathering - I think that if Acqueon added a BA resource instead of sales it would be very helpful.

**Recommendations to others considering Acqueon:**

The system does require a deep level of understanding how the backend works, so having an internal developer that can work in partnership with the Acqueon folks was incredibly helpful for us.

**What problems is Acqueon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had to transition off of a legacy application to an enterprise solution that fit well with the rest of our technical stack for patient engagement. It's been great so far!

Throughout the project there has been a "can-do attitude" and a great deal of flexibility at any time when the end-customer has changed their requirements.

**What do you dislike about Acqueon?**

Some material had to be produced for the engagement, and it would have saved time and effort if it would have been available  "off-the-shelf".

**What problems is Acqueon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acqueon's product and team have helped enhancing the Cisco project and delivery and thereby created a value-add to our overall scope and delivery.

Ease of using Acqueon user interface and their agility to customize the product per customer needs.

The product enhancement process is not mature yet. We often found some kinks and bugs after each release.

Acqueon has enhanced suppression logic and dialing strategy that is not available in Nice InContact.

Not that I dislike, but the comms could have been better

We are enabling outbound dialing for CC agents. LCM as a product provides plenty of outbound features that help the business a lot.
More successful penetration on the customer list.

Acqueon LCM provides the ability to manage the Outbound campaigns effectively using strategies and rules. Also, it provides the various campaign dialed and call result reports.

**What do you dislike about Acqueon?**

nothing specific I am aware of on dislike LCM feature.

**What problems is Acqueon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1) adding Import file duplicate records, invalid contact reports will help how many valid contacts are loaded for the campaign.
2) If an old Data purge option is available that will help in clean up free up space in the DB table.

Steep learning curve - complex product to learn but good support provided by Acqueon.

We can execute on campaigns and track calls and results to CRM within one browser tab. Able to push call volumes incrementally and measure until we hit optimal performance per agent.

We have a very elaborate collections call center with 2000+ callers and Cisco dialer. We needed a very flexible LCM and Acqueon fits the bill here

Wide range of compatibility of the current contact center infrastructure such as Cisco or Amazon Connect.

**What do you dislike about Acqueon?**

Frequent bugs and problems. Too many issues that needs to be corrected. Always run into something that does not work. Hard to work with the support team.

**What problems is Acqueon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Just  to be able to use the dialer for the team of collections agents. Not a lot of benefits, but this is the only option available in the market.
