What do you like best about Innago?

I like that Innago is a great universal tool that's free for landlords to start with. It's user-friendly on both ends, being tenant-friendly and also landlord-friendly. Compared to other programs I've used in the past, like OneSite and Yardi, Innago stands out for its user-friendliness. The dashboard is soft on the eye and easy to understand. You can maneuver throughout the tabs to locate what you need. It's a great tool for landlord professionals. What do you dislike about Innago?

I appreciate Innago's clear intuitive interface that makes onboarding owners and tenants straightforward. I like the strong support for rent collection, late fees, and reporting, which reduces manual work and bookkeeping friction. What do you dislike about Innago?

The mobile app sometimes logs me out unexpectedly, slowing me down when I am working on the go. I'd love smoother performance and more built-in email/messaging tools. The lack of integrated email/automated messaging means I still juggle outside tools, so deeper communication features and integrations would streamline my day-to-day work a lot. What do you like best about Innago?

The platform is very simple to set up. Setting up a template for our lease was simple and has saved a ton of time and paper. The dashboard gives you a great insight at one glance as to what is going on with each property. I'm new to property management and Innago has made it very simple to manage each stage of the process, even down to maintenance issues. Initial setup was very simple. I had to ask for assistance a few times, especially with setting up bank accounts because we have one for each property. Customer support was prompt and very helpful! What do you dislike about Innago?

What do you like best about Innago?

I really like Innago's cost structure and its ease of use. The cost is basically covered by the tenants, which means it doesn't cost me anything to use. It's great because it makes my job easier by assisting me with tenant management, and I appreciate the benefits that come with it. The platform simplifies the process of collecting payments and managing expenses, all in one place. It also provides a secure site for tenants to pay using various formats, which they might not be able to use normally. What do you like best about Innago?

The fact that it’s free is a huge win. As someone managing a small portfolio, I didn’t want to pay for tools like AppFolio that are geared more toward larger landlords or property managers. With Innago, I can collect rent online, manage leases, and keep everything organized without paying a monthly fee. The tenant may need to pay fees here and there but I do not incur any platform costs.

Rent collection has been super smooth. I like that I can set up automatic payments and late fees, and the system handles reminders to tenants. Payments usually hit my bank in a few days, which works fine for me.

Digital lease signing is very convenient. I upload my own custom lease, use templates, and send it over for e-signature—it saves a lot of time and back-and-forth. Tenants seem to appreciate the simplicity of it too.

Customer service is surprisingly good. Anytime I’ve had questions or issues, I’ve gotten quick responses—sometimes even from someone on the product team, which is rare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Innago?

Reporting is basic. It gets the job done, but if you want more advanced financial reporting or tax-friendly breakdowns, you might still need to use a spreadsheet or another tool on the side.

Tenant onboarding could be smoother. If a tenant enters something wrong during setup, it can be frustrating to fix. I’ve had to resend invites or make awkward workarounds a few times.

Customizing forms is limited. I wanted to tweak the rental application to include some specific screening questions, but there wasn’t much flexibility there. I wish I had more control over the questions and formatting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
