**What do you like best about Innago?**

I really like how Innago is a one-stop shop. I appreciate the breadth of the product, allowing me to do everything I need in one centralized location. We only have one property that we rent out, so we didn't need a product with a ton of complexity that was clunky or hard to use. Innago fits that need perfectly, keeping everything super user-friendly, simple, and easy to navigate. It does everything we need all in one location, from maintenance requests to lease management and renewals, and even tenant screening. This centralization helps me manage everything from one place, making it nice and easy without having to do it all on my own.

**What do you dislike about Innago?**

I think the only thing that would be great is if we could build out leases inside of Innago based on location.

**What problems is Innago solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Innago for every aspect of rental management. It stores leases, handles payments with tenant reminders, and implements late fees automatically. It also manages support tickets, tracking maintenance requests. It's an all-in-one platform that simplifies everything for me and my tenant.

**What do you like best about Innago?**

I’m a smaller landlord managing just a few properties at a time, so finding something affordable, easy to use, and efficient was really important to me. A lot of property management platforms seem geared toward large companies with dozens of units, but Innago has been the perfect fit for someone like me.

**What do you dislike about Innago?**

The mobile app could have a few more features/functionality, but overall, I don't have any complaints.

**What problems is Innago solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Innago has helped simplify the day-to-day management of my rental properties without adding a huge monthly expense. Before switching, I felt like I was paying for a lot of features I didn’t really need. Innago gives me the tools I actually use in one place at a price that makes sense for a smaller landlord.

It’s also saved me time and made things more convenient for both me and my tenants. Everything is easier to keep organized, and I don’t feel overwhelmed by a complicated system.

**What do you like best about Innago?**

The best thing about Innago for me is the "one-stop-shopping." That is, instead of my semi-organized record keeping system, Innago keeps my rental business organized for me. Previously I recorded and deposited rent checks, and then my daughter took over when we moved out of state. Now all of that is automatic! Innago handles the checks, and keeps me informed by email of any late payments, etc. Previously maintenance issues were also a bit haphazard. I'd get a text or email and respond. Then when tax time came, I'd pull out the receipts and try to make sense of them. It was messy and tedious. But now I use Innago as the central resource, where tenants make "formal" requests, which compels me to formally respond, keeping track of expenses for individual properties in a timely manner in Innago's expense module. I am truly enjoying having one consistent, reliable place for almost all rental matters to be handled. Yes, I could continue keeping records with my own spreadsheets etc. But Innago makes it more professional, not just for me but also the tenants. And it's pretty easy to use. Lastly, we're just a mom-and-pop landlord and tenants have our address, phone number and email addresses. But Innago offers the ability to be anonymous, where tenants don't need to know any of that. I'm realizing that anonymity can be important for multiple reasons.

We only have 6 rental units (3 duplexes) so Innago more than handles the job, so that most of the time I hardly give the rentals a thought. I have had a couple of questions and was reasonably pleased with Customer support which seems to be staffed with courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable people.

**What do you dislike about Innago?**

I've only been using Innago for about 9 months so any criticisms I have may be due to my inexperience. But I sometimes have a difficult time finding certain information. It's all there, but not always intuitive to my way of thinking. For example, when I think about rentals, I tend to think in terms of the Tenant and their corresponding property as the focal point. For example, if a tenant Mary is due for a rent increase, and I want to comment on a maintenance request that Mary opened, and I need to issue an invoice for something Mary broke that I fixed, I'd expect to go to Mary's Tenant page and take care of all of that AT ONE SPOT clicking on various links as needed. But Innago does not really think of the tenant as the focal point. Instead, to increase Mary's rent I need to go to the "Lease and Files" page, setup a filter to select Mary, and then make the change, Then I'd need to go to the "Maintenance" page, setup a filter to select Mary, and then make the change, And then go to the "Income" page, setup a filter to select Mary, and create the invoice. It is tedious to always have to go to separate <action> pages and every time need to setup a filter to select the tenant you want. I think it would be an improvement for us tenant-centric thinkers to simply be able go to the page of a specific tenant, and have tabs or something where you can take care of everything related to that tenant FROM their tenant page, rather than have to go to separate <action> pages. To be fair, there are some actions where the Innago information strategy is perfect for the job. For example, if I want to raise rent on all properties, I don't want to have to go to a bunch of tenant pages. Rather I'd just go to the "Leases and Files" and make all the changes there. Both systems have their place and of course I want both!!

**What problems is Innago solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For our mom-and-pop operation, instead of tenants dealing directly with us, Innago puts a professional face on things. Tenants seem to respect the online presence, and take it more seriously. Likewise Innago has compelled us to step up a notch to be better organized and official in communications, etc

**What do you like best about Innago?**

Easy to setup tenants, they can understand how to pay rent and their deposit easily. Bank accounts verify quickly, payments hit my account in a timely manner. 

I can export all my income for accounting in a couple clicks and it lets me customize the report just about anyway I want. 

Customer service is also promy when there is an issue and I get a resolution typically within 24 hours.

**What do you dislike about Innago?**

The syndication to the listing sites isn't useful, I still have to respond to potential tenants through apartments. Com or Zillow. It also doesn't appear on their sites like it does in innago. Often pictures are in a different order or sometimes the description or details are missing

**What problems is Innago solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to operate the units and streamlines management and it's very low cost which helps when your portfolio is 19 units and not quite ready for enterprise software

**What do you like best about Innago?**

I use Innago to organize my booth rental salon/spa/barbershop business, and it helps with the tenant side of things, like digital lease signing, security deposits, collecting rent payments, and generating reports. I love that Innago eliminates the headache of doing things on paper, and at the end of the year, I get a beautiful report of everything collected or any maintenance done, which helps with tracking for taxes. It's super simple and easy to use. I love that their fees are super low and I have the freedom to charge myself or the tenant for any fees incurred. It’s very user-friendly, and although there was a slight learning curve, I adjusted well.

**What do you dislike about Innago?**

Nothing honestly. It's perfect for what I need.

**What problems is Innago solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Innago to organize my booth rental business with digital lease signing and rent collection, eliminating paper headaches. It provides seamless end-of-year reporting for taxes.

**What do you like best about Innago?**

Innago is a free service to help manage your property. The setup process was intuitive for my tenants and me as the owner. The automated emails and communication makes it easy to track rent collection every month.

**What do you dislike about Innago?**

It can take tenants a day or two to get their banking information verified to start processing payments. I would recommend leaving plenty of time for tenants to create an account and verify their information.

**What problems is Innago solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automated rent collection. My tenants are busy people and don't have time to send a check in the mail with their rent. As an owner I don't have time to go to the bank on a monthly basis and deposit a check. Additionally, most bank transfer services have a limit that is below the monthly rent.

**What do you like best about Innago?**

I really enjoy the ability to keep track of everything in one area. I love that Innago makes it easy to have everything in one place, which includes managing maintenance requests and invoicing. The system allows me to easily visualize my balances and payments, which is very helpful. I appreciate the great contract system they have online that lets me plug in my own contracts. It's extremely affordable, which I really love. Their customer service is impressive as they follow up a lot, and huge kudos to them for that. Setting up was very easy and native, making the process smooth.

**What do you dislike about Innago?**

The system seems sluggish at times. It would be better to have access to the tenant's side of the portal, even if just as a mock, to help answer their questions. Additionally, connecting with native warranty plans is something I wish was better integrated. Setting up new tenants is a bit hard initially, though it gets better once you get used to it.

I use Innago to keep everything in one place, making communication and tracking invoices easy. It's extremely affordable, and I love that it simplifies visualizing maintenance requests and payments.

**What do you like best about Innago?**

First of all, It is free.
As a property manager, saving an operational cost means saving landlord's expenses and lower the tenant's expenses.
I didn't expect too much of customer service at first, however, I was wrong. very responsive and willing to help their customers! I know there are some glitches and hiccups but none of them are perfect. some of my issues has been resolved very quickly, others are not but it is not the end of the world. I would feel bad if my issues were not treated with paid services. I've been using Innago.com for several years and it made my job much easier.
I've also tried other free services, but Innago.com is way better than other free services. Hope they don't start charging subscription fees because many of users like me will be very disappointed. Star as you are! I will stay in here!

sometimes, the site is being laggy. Also recent site update was not as I expected..Wish they can give individual user to choose original version vs newer updated version. 
Some of features has to go through them such as deleting payees. 
If user have more control of the site, that would be great!

keeping track of tons of list for expenses and income is always hassle for all managers. 
Innago makes it easy without costing anyone for any single penny.

I like how clear and user friendly Innago is. It makes tracking HOA payments and expenses straightforward, and the reporting tools save us a lot of time managing our 11-unit building.

The biggest challenge was adapting the system for HOA use instead of traditional rental management. Some settings were not immediately intuitive for our type of setup, but we were able to work through it. The support team was friendly, quick to respond, and helped us solve the issues without much trouble.

Innago solved a lot of the organization and visibility issues we had managing HOA finances. The platform gives us better control over payments, expenses, and records while simplifying communication with owners. It has made the day-to-day management of our 11-unit building much more efficient.

What stands out to me most is how simple the platform is to use. We manage a small 6-unit HOA, and having payments, expenses, and records in one place keeps things much more organized and easier to track.

**What do you dislike about Innago?**

The only challenge for us was the initial setup because the platform seems more tailored toward rental properties than HOA management. We needed to make a few adjustments for our use case, but the support team was excellent and guided us through the process quickly.

Innago helped us replace a lot of manual work. We used to keep track of payments, expenses, and records in different places. For our 6-unit HOA, having everything centralized improved visibility and reduced the time spent managing finances.

I like the auto rent payments, auto reminders, and the ability to sign online in Innago. These features really make my life easier as they reduce the time I spend collecting rent and reminding tenants.

**What do you dislike about Innago?**

Lease renewals are very clunky. You can't just keep current terms and do a rent increase and security deposit increase. I need to do a new lease and put in full security deposit amount and then edit the invoice after they sign. Can't do it before. The template is a hassle to create; when filling and sending, it doesn't move the page to the selected fill box, and doesn't go in the order that I placed them in the template.

Innago streamlines rent collection with auto payments and reminders, reducing the time I spend on these tasks. It simplifies managing rent and tenant communication for my rental business.

What I like best about Innago is the friendly user interface along with the reasonable fee structure for the tenants. I have been using Innago for about 4 years now and my tenants absolutely love it.

**What do you dislike about Innago?**

I wish there were more features to streamline property management. I’ve provided feedback on a number of occasions which still has not been taken into consideration. One recommendation being additional flexibility when it comes to renewing leases and adjusting future rents.

Imago is solving the automated property management problem. It’s benefiting me because I am able to spend less time on some of the low level tasks. I also love how I can build templates to save time in the future.

I like that the portal is very clean and organized, so it was easy to figure out where to go for everything. Additionally, it is great that I can link my account to collect rent. It is easy to get the properties set up with Innago because the software and app are both fast. It's also free! There are video tutorials to guide you during your initial setup.

**What do you dislike about Innago?**

I do wish that ACH payments did not have a $2 fee in general. Additionally, the lease template engine is a little finnicky. I wish there were tenant-level guides as there are landlord-level guides since the platform is for both sides. Also, as a landlord, I want to see what the tenant sees to make sure I understand what happens from their side.

Innago helps to keep everything in one place. Bookkeeping, rent collection, maintenance, tenant info, communication, etc. It has been great for centralizing different essential items into one place.

**What do you like best about Innago?**

I like how simple and intuitive Innago is while still offering the functionality we need to manage and scale our portfolio efficiently. It makes onboarding new properties easy, tracks payments, monitors account statuses, automates recurring charges and late payments, and lists new properties across platforms like Zillow. Having everything centralized and easy to navigate allows us to get a high-level overview of our portfolio without having to dig through spreadsheets or use multiple platforms. The initial setup was very easy, taking less than 10 minutes.

**What do you dislike about Innago?**

One area that could be improved is the processing speed for a new tenant buyer's first payment. Currently, the initial transaction is typically delayed by around three business days. Since reducing vacancy time is extremely important, having faster processing for that initial payment, especially when it’s the down payment, would be very beneficial. It would also help improve onboarding efficiency.

**What do you like best about Innago?**

I really like using Innago for property management because it makes rent collection straightforward with a nice mobile user interface and no fees. I find it very reliable overall, and the very low fees for ACH transactions are definitely a plus. Innago serves as a good alternative to traditional methods like cashing paper checks, which I find cumbersome. The initial setup was very easy, and that adds to the overall positive experience I have with it.

**What do you dislike about Innago?**

Nothing in particular. Sometimes it is confusing where to start in order to modify or renew a lease. Like do I start under Tenants, Properties, Leases & Files? I end up figuring it out but it's confusing sometimes.

Innago makes rent collection easy with an intuitive mobile interface and no fees, replacing traditional methods like checks. It reliably simplifies payment processes with low ACH fees.

**What do you like best about Innago?**

I like the freedom that comes with Innago's payment acceptance feature because no one has to chase anyone for a payment. I love that ease. I also appreciate the tenant insurance option as it provides me with security knowing that if a disaster happens, tenants can get their personal items replaced. It gives me peace of mind knowing they'll be okay while I handle repairs or rebuilding.

I find that things just don't seem as intuitive as they could be. Taking a late fee off took me longer to figure out than it should have. Updating a maintenance ticket did too, and adding the properties took a while as well.

Innago helps me manage rental properties by accepting payments, handling maintenance requests, and letting tenants buy insurance. It frees me from chasing payments and provides security as tenants can replace items in case of a disaster.

**What do you like best about Innago?**

I like how Innago eases administrative tasks associated with being a landlord in one application. I appreciate the ability to conduct most business through a single platform, from advertising to lease deployment to rent payment, maintenance requests, and tenant communication. It's a one-stop shop that saves time by eliminating the need to use multiple tools. The setup was also extremely easy.

**What do you dislike about Innago?**

Though customer service responds quickly to inquiries, it can be next day. Business hours of operation could potentially be extended in order to get assistance from a live person.  Also, the lease writing feature can be improved for easier editing.  It can be a bit painful to have to start from scratch is something isn’t correct.

**What problems is Innago solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Innago eases administrative tasks by consolidating activities like advertising, lease deployment, rent payment, and communication in one platform. As a one-stop shop, it saves me time and the hassle of switching between multiple tools.

**What do you like best about Innago?**

The ability to collect and track rent electronically and the e-signing for leases are fantastic. I like being able to use the iOS app or standard web browsing. Whenever I've had a technical query its always been answered very promptly.

**What do you dislike about Innago?**

I really don't have any major dislikes about Innago. In terms of a missing feature I would like it to have the ability to register a 'parent / guarantor' to the main leaseholder and for Inngao to email them an eLease to sign. At the moment I use Innago for eSign (which is fantastic) on main lease but have to get parents to manually sign and scan the guarantor lease statement.

**What problems is Innago solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps track of rent, allows tenants to pay online via ACH or credit card, deposits rent into my account. It also makes all the eSigning lease process very smooth and allows snapshots of the status of each lease (expiry date etc.). It has many features which I require (such as automatically adding penalty for late rents), emailing reminders to tenants. I love the fact that as a landlord its effectively free and they make their money by incurring a severe payments fee each time tenant makes a payment.

**What do you like best about Innago?**

I like that our shareholders can set up payments through Innago, and when the payments come through, they're automatically registered in the bookkeeping tool. This feature makes it easier for shareholders to submit their payments on time more regularly, and it reduces the manual work for our building, like depositing checks or tracking Zelle payments.

**What do you dislike about Innago?**

Innago makes it hard to see how much an individual shareholder owes today. It only shows the total owed for the year, so you have to dig for the current amount. This is unhelpful when talking to shareholders who want to know what they owe right now. It's also tough to customize the interface for bookkeeping needs. Plus, Innago's reporting doesn't support Chinese characters, which is a problem in a multilingual community. This means we can't send reports or letters in Chinese, Spanish, and English simultaneously, so we end up doing them manually. Also, setting up Innago is quite time-consuming because of all the data entry required. Lastly, it's not a complete solution for us because we still need to maintain two separate sets of books.

I find Innago useful for setting up shareholder payments and automatic bookkeeping. It reduces manual work like depositing checks and tracking payments, though it's not a complete solution as we still maintain separate books.

**What do you like best about Innago?**

I love how user-friendly Innago is, and I appreciate that it is a free platform. I love the customer service; I had a question regarding a double rent payment refund, and even though I was unsure if Innago handled it, I reached out to them. They got back to me very quickly with answers and helped direct me on solutions to fix my issue. Innago makes my job as a landlord a lot easier to manage, keeping things organized and clean. It also makes my tenants' jobs easier, and a lot of them use the automatic rent payment feature, which is convenient for them and myself. The initial setup was really simple and intuitive, and I was able to use some of the videos that Innago created to help me figure things out.

I can't think of anything I dislike about Innago. It meets my needs exceptionally well.

It makes it really easy to collect dues for our HOA. The interface is straightforward and easy to use. We need to create and terminate terms, and Innago makes that process simple. We also like that there is no direct cost for us to use. It also connects easily to Quickbooks.

The credit card cost seems high for the end users. Most choose to use bank transfer instead. It can be confusing for first time users on how to add a new property owner.

I use Innago to manage my rental properties, and I really appreciate how clean and easy the platform is to use. The straightforward interface makes everything logically organized, and the workflows for applications, leases, payments, and communication are smooth, which saves me time every week because I'm not fighting the software—it just works. This reduction in manual work and mistakes saves me time every week. I also appreciate having everything in one place, which reduces the number of tools I need to juggle. Plus, I appreciate how responsive the support team is when I need help, as they provide quick and helpful answers that give me confidence using Innago as my main system. The initial setup was very easy, with an intuitive interface that didn't require a long learning curve. This made it possible for me to start using it for real operations almost immediately, which is important since I’m an owner-operator running everything solo. Innago has made things more organized and reduced a lot of manual work.

**What do you dislike about Innago?**

The core platform works well for me, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The biggest limitation is the lack of direct integrations. I rely on Booking.com and Airbnb, and the current iCal setup doesn’t sync availability or reservation details reliably. A direct Booking.com API connection would solve a lot of manual work. I’d also like to see more automation and marketing tools, like auto‑posting listings to Facebook Marketplace and other platforms. More advanced reporting and the ability to automatically import financial reports from Booking.com and Innago would also make the system much more powerful.

**What problems is Innago solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Innago to manage rental properties, keeping operations organized and centralized. It reduces manual work, cuts mistakes, and saves time by integrating applications, leases, payments, tenant communication, and documents. **What do you like best about Innago?**

It has the features I need. The customer support is great. The cost is very inexpensive.  Most of all as a landlord and it works well for tenants paying rent and signing leases which are the processes that often need the most attention and care in property managment. Through having these processes be done online in a clear way helps  tenants and landlords work honestly and avoids misunderstandings. It protects landlords from tenants who might try to manipulate payments with nefarious intentinons like if a tenant tries to do a partial payment you can make it so Innago settings only allow full payment of rent. If a landlord has a well written lease along with Innago they have a lot more safegaurds against common scams that people can do with in person rent collection like paper checks or cash.  So Innago makes is easier for me to rent my apartments with peace of mind and also streamlines everything. This makes the relationships of honest hard workding tenants and the hard working landlord who try to rent at low prices happy.

it helps every aspect of rent payment and also security deposit return. Through using innago as the method of collecting rent and processing depsit returns. there is no confusion about rent. Innago is great with tenants when they call in about payment concerns. The alerts that let the tenant know whether a payment was successful or not are fantastic. I also like being able to track the payment process, because it makes things much easier when a tenant calls and tries to say it was on our end, or our fault, that a payment didn’t go through. Innago shows the exact reason it didn’t go through and can provide proof of where the tenant was notified. Very helpful!

I find it a little hard during tax season to find where go in and pull a list of revenues for the year. I also wish it had an easier way to track expenses so that I could just print off a report of those at tax time with receipts scanned and attached.

It is super user friendly platform for landlords. I didn't want to sign up for a big brand property management company because 1. they charge a lot and 2. they don't really connect/care well for your tenants. Innago allows me to streamline the payment process, collect maintenance requests and gives me options for applications and lease signing all within the platform.

I think their biggest opportunity for growth would be to create a task workflow or reminder system for landlords, so landlords can easily follow up and reach out to tenants when needed. This would hold SOPs within the platform then so VA could be hired to assist or AI could be trained in the future.

They are quick to respond and help with issues. I don't have outstanding issues at this time. I was looking for a simple, user friendly platform and I found it.

Innago is easy to set up and start using. The dashboard is straightforward and simple to understand, and payments arrive in a timely manner. You can track late payments and send reminders as needed. Leases/addendums can be uploaded for tenants to retrieve in one place. Tenants can submit maintenance requests via Innago although they normally just email/text me. Tenants can also submit applications at a reasonable cost, which makes the entire process smoother overall.

The accounting and detailed reporting features are lackluster, however you can pay for improved reporting and accounting through one of their third-party partners.

Collecting and tracking rents for individuals across multiple rental apartments. Now it is handling my applications since MA changed the broker fee laws in 2026. It is easy to perform background and credit checks via the platform.

I find Innago to be very intuitive and user-friendly. We use it to keep track of tenant monthly rent receipts for three different businesses, and it sets things up on automatic pilot. Once we have the right data in, it works very seamlessly, and we don't have to worry about things. The payments are applied properly, and we're notified if there are any hiccups along the way. It takes much of the paperwork and hassle off of our plates, making it a valuable tool for us. Additionally, I feel like the initial setup was fairly simple.

There was a bit of a learning curve after the first year up applying increases in rent. The inflation adjustments for a couple of our properties were a little more difficult than I would have liked.

I love their new feature for leases, which is easier for tenants to use compared to DocuSign and doesn't cost me extra. I also appreciate that it lets me add multiple line items, making it easy to charge utilities separately and letting tenants know exactly what they are paying for. The ability for tenants to submit maintenance requests is great, and I love that it automatically sends payment reminders to tenants. Overall, it's a great app that perfectly meets my needs. Setting it up was super simple.

I really like the maintenance tracking and rent collection features in Innago. They make things very simple and take away the manual effort of using my phone for texting or calling, centralizing everything in one place. The maintenance tracking is great because it keeps all issues in one spot and conveys more important or urgent matters better than just a text, putting a better process in place. For rent collection, it’s just super easy. I like that I can see what's been paid and what's still outstanding, and Innago sends automatic email reminders to the tenants, which is something we weren't doing at all before, but knew we needed. Also, the fact that it's automated is very good. The initial setup was pretty easy too.

**What do you dislike about Innago?**

I think they could be better about their transaction tracking and reporting. We use a different app for those things just because Innago hasn't really proven itself there yet. Also, another app that we have has a checking account that kinda like an operations account, and it earns interest. It's very competitive. It's similar to some of the better savings account rates out there. And we would definitely park money there if Innago had that feature and ability to track transactions.

Innago’s software has a clean interface and feels easier to use than other portals I’ve worked with. It usually only takes a few clicks to accomplish what I need. I use it to track tenant payments and record expenses, and I’ve also used it to create leases and property listings. My tenants have found Innago straightforward to use as well. Customer support has been friendly, and they respond quickly.

Innago doesn't seem to work as well on Safari, so I generally use Chrome. I've also found creating a new lease isn't a very smooth process. Setting up input fields on the template is tedious.

It has all the features I needed to track rentals and manage properties. I especially like being able to receive payments electronically. Customer support has been very responsive for minor issues I ran into. And, for a small time landlord it is amazing all I get with no subscription fee.

There have been a few times where it wasn't intuitive how to perform a task I needed to but with an online search I was able to find the answer. I found sometimes that Innago help didn't give the answer or the answer they give didn't seem to match what I saw in the app. But, all of this was pretty minor.

Managing properties is only a small part of what I do so it has been very helpful to me in keeping track of details surrounding rental properties we have. It lifted the burden of creating my own systems for monitoring what's happening with each property and handling leases.

I like the chart that I'm able to track if everything's been collected. I like the late fees that you can set them to be however you want.

I do not love the way the contracts or leases are set up because they tend to be kinda clunky. And if you upload your own, then it's just a little more difficult to fill everything in. Like, some of it you may not need, but it can just be difficult to work with. I don't love the contracts and leases that you can create or upload. They just don't seem to work well.

There's not a great option for insurance tenants.  For example, tenants whose rent is paid for by a third party/insurance company

I like that I never have to think about it after setting it up. I've used it for 3 years now, and really never had to think twice about it. After setting it up per tenant, it's smooth from there. The initial setup was pretty easy.

**What do you like best about Innago?**

I absolutely love Innago for its minimal cost and how it allows me to manage many rental properties, both commercial and residential, with minimal effort. It takes care of most of the work, and I only need to monitor it. Innago handles tenant interactions and manages rent collection, which frees up my time significantly. I give it a five-star rating and would recommend it to small landlords, especially because its pricing model is literally minimal. The setup was very minimal, and I'm so happy that I did it.

I mostly like everything, a few minor tweaks but nothing of major importance.

**What do you like best about Innago?**

I really like that Innago sends rent reminders to my tenants, taking the human factor out of the process. It sends reminders five days before and then two days before the rent is due, and as a result, my rent collecting has been 100% spot on. Very rarely has any tenant been late on their payment, and if they are, Innago automatically adds on the penalty, which helps keep everyone on their toes and ensures timely payments.

**What do you dislike about Innago?**

The part that I really feel they can improve upon is the signing of lease. Right now, all the lease templates are very cookie cutter. I would like to have a template where we can add things, delete things. Right now, it's just a template that is what it is, and you punch in the names and the addresses. I would like to see where we can build a better lease for the tenant, specific to that property.

I use Innago to collect rent efficiently. It automates reminders for tenants, ensuring timely payments and reducing late fees. Tracking is easier, and rent collection has been spot-on.

I like the fact that I can connect many bank accounts for different properties and that tenants have multiple ways to pay with Innago. The initial setup of Innago was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Innago?**

I want to be able to charge water bills for each tenant equally on a lease even if their portion of the rent is different from other tenants. It makes me charge them based on the % of rent they pay. I want to charge utilities equally in this circumstance.

**What problems is Innago solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Innago for property management, which solves all my property management issues. I like that I can connect multiple bank accounts for different properties and tenants have multiple ways to pay.

**What do you like best about Innago?**

I like that Innago is a great universal tool that's free for landlords to start with. It's user-friendly on both ends, being tenant-friendly and also landlord-friendly. Compared to other programs I've used in the past, like OneSite and Yardi, Innago stands out for its user-friendliness. The dashboard is soft on the eye and easy to understand. You can maneuver throughout the tabs to locate what you need. It's a great tool for landlord professionals. With my decade of property management experience, using Innago is great, and it might be even better for someone with six months to a year of experience.

**What do you dislike about Innago?**

I don't have much negative to say about Innago. The one thing they could improve is having more of a call center. Sometimes you want to talk to a person immediately instead of leaving a message.

**What problems is Innago solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Innago solves the problem of collecting rents, communicating with tenants, and monitoring invoices effectively, keeping me connected with tenants.
