I started using Innago when I started managing my families rental properties. With an apartment complex and multiple single family homes, Innago has been a huge help.
A good amount of our tenants love being able to pay their rent through the app for only a $2 fee. They also appreciate the ability to report maintenance issues through the app.
I did a lot of research before choosing Innago because I was looking for a way for tenants to pay online without being charged fees myself and without the tenant being overcharged. This was the perfect solution at no cost to me! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing that could be improved is the income section where you see invoices. Sometimes, it’s hard to navigate to find a future schedule of all invoices for a specific tenant. There should be a button on the screen with every invoice to allow users to view all future invoices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
