The interface is very easy to understand, it is very intuitive. We use Samsara for GPS tracking and the integration with Fleetio keeps everything in place. All of the elements from the DVIR that are marked as wrong, are uploaded as issues automatically. When services are done, I keep track of the history, this helps me understand the life of my vehicles. **What do you dislike about Fleetio?** Not too many things to dislike. Our team was up and live in days with no lengthy training required. The dashboard simplifies vehicle status tracking, maintenance scheduling, and fuel logging. I like how well they integrate with our GPS tracking and telematics equipment too. Customer support is proactive and responsive, and their help guide is teeming with real-world, practical resources. We use Fleetio daily and it has dramatically enhanced our maintenance efficiency and operational visibility. **What do you dislike about Fleetio?** With all the great features Fleetio offers, the flexibility of the reporting options leaves something to be desired. The pre-built reports offer decent functionality for basic tracking however, they can tend to be overly constrictive when more detailed or customized information is needed. Another challenge I’ve run into is with the mobile app. It works well for the most part, but has difficulty syncing in low-signal areas. The integration process with a few of our other tools was a little complicated; there were a number of obstacles which took longer than expected. Nonetheless, Fleetio's customer support quickly responded and guided us through those problems.
