What do you like best about Fleetio?

It is very helpful using Fleetio everyday to keep track of the fleet and fleet expenses. I appreciate how the dashboard can be customized to quickly show all the important information, from service tasks and reminders to open issues and work orders. This makes it much easier to keep track of everything for a quick everyday glance. The benefit of running Fleetio is the ease and convenance of everything integrated into one site. This makes implementing services and tasks better for the drivers and mechanics with minimal downtime. Customer support has been very helpful with any issues that have came up. What do you dislike about Fleetio?

What do you like best about Fleetio?

What I value most about Fleetio is the comprehensive level of control and operational clarity it offers over my fleet. The platform allows me to monitor vehicle behavior day by day, identify usage patterns, detect deviations, and anticipate potential incidents. Thanks to this detailed visibility, I can make informed decisions and apply the necessary corrections to maintain operations at their highest level of efficiency. What do you dislike about Fleetio?

The only module I use less frequently is the tools module, mainly because in my company's current operational model it does not represent a priority need. Although I recognize its value within the management ecosystem, for my specific operation other modules are more relevant and strategic. "Revolutionized Our Fleet Management with Real-Time Insights"
What do you like best about Fleetio?

I love Fleetio's mobility, which allows me to work from home if needed without driving to every office to receive truck issues. It's fantastic that I can track maintenance usage and monitor if our vehicles are under or over-serviced. The digital transition is extremely valuable to our company since we've significantly reduced paper usage. I appreciate being able to see our maintenance costs in real time instead of waiting for the finance team, and it's helpful to identify trucks with recurring issues easily. Uploading photos, maintaining open dialogue with direct drivers, monitoring all DVIRs, and uploading required documents to truck files makes everything seamless and fully digital. "Thorough Inspection Tool Boosts Accountability"
What do you like best about Fleetio?

I really love Fleetio's inspection protocol. If a driver forgets to do a task, like taking a picture of where the key was, the app prompts them, reminding them there's something left to complete. I like that it's thorough, ensuring nothing is missed, creating full consistency in what the driver and user need to do for inspections. The app gently reminds users about missed steps, which is great since people can be forgetful or in a hurry. It's pretty easy to use and reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fleetio?

Sometimes when signing on Fleetio for the first time or reactivating a user who has been offline for a while, it can be difficult to find the activation switch. It should be easier to find to reactivate the enrollment for the user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Fleet Management with a Few AI Tweaks Needed"
What do you like best about Fleetio?

I like all the features available in Fleetio to maintain our inventory, such as service reminders, inspections, and advanced analytics. I appreciate the various reports that I can pull every day. It's very easy to upload trucks into the system, which makes the initial setup straightforward. I rate Fleetio a 10 out of 10 for how likely I am to recommend it to a friend or colleague. What do you dislike about Fleetio?

I would like to see better assessment of vehicle data in the Advanced Analytics. More AI could be beneficial. Also, it would be helpful to have service reminders by fleet location, and to provide more insight to the Fleet Manager on how overdue reminders affect cost due to downtime from not keeping up to date. "Fleetio: Efficient Management with Stellar Integration"
What do you like best about Fleetio?

First of all, Fleetio is very rich in features and can accommodate multiple types of vehicles. I find Fleetio really helpful due to its native integration with Samsara, which assists us in tracking utilization of our assets and streamlines inspection reports. I'm impressed by the very fast support, especially when resolving issues with the API and getting accustomed to new features. The extensive collection of API endpoints and their accommodating approach to our special needs for data connections is something I appreciate. I also find the workflow automation feature particularly beneficial as it saves manual time when changing vehicle status for work orders. The bilingual feature helps us better interact with maintenance technicians that are more familiar with Spanish. I like that Fleetio is constantly evolving and that they really listen to our feedback. The initial setup was very easy, which was a big plus for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fleetio?

Lack of Samsara integration for trailer meter reading makes it challenging sometimes to import trailer meters from Samsara to Fleetio. What do you like best about Fleetio?

I really appreciate the wide range of integrations with other software, which adds a lot of flexibility. The expense tracking feature through work orders makes it simple to accurately job cost vehicle expenses. Fleetio assists us in monitoring all our vehicle registration renewals, service costs, and overall expenses.
