I like the way that Geotab's whole ecosystem works. From the API to the GO device itself, from MyAdmin to MyGeotab, and from the IOX to the GO device, everything integrates smoothly. The initial setup was pretty straightforward since the device and the MyGeotab app are 'plug and play,' so there aren't any worries about those issues. I also appreciate that Geotab is the number one fleet management system in the world as far as I'm concerned—Samsara and Motive don't come close. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The level of documents available for us engineers working with the GO device in a more deep way is not enough. Maybe if there could be a special channel for questions or some other way to be in touch with engineers that know about the deep stuff would be great. There are several points that make Geotab a good product. The first is that the platforms are very accessible, and anyone with minimal knowledge can manage them without any problem. Its easy installation reduces the downtime of the unit. The reports it can generate on unit routes and operator driving are tools that help evaluate and make decisions with the personnel in charge. The products that can be integrated, such as AI cameras, fuel sensors, temperature sensors, etc., make the GO device a powerful complement for fleet monitoring and evaluation. Geotab has helped us manage our fleet of 40+ vehicles, allowing us to help keep our drivers safe by providing critical data such as speed, locations, accidents, safety precautions, routing, and more. We have been able to prove our drivers innocence in accidents by showing trip history, speeds, and harsh driving. i love that Geotab updates frequently and does NOT use the 'birds eye view' tracking but real time road by road and actual mileage tracking. Nothing as of yet, we love Geotab. We have not had any issues with Geotab, and there is only one part of one of our routes that the signal is weak, but as soon as our vehicle is back in range, all the data is there from the whole trip. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Geotab is how easy it is to use while still giving useful, detailed information. I love the platform; it's very user-friendly and intuitive. It's always being updated for better quality of use, which is something I really appreciate. The data it provides is comprehensive, and the platform is very scalable. Clients appreciate how Geotab is easy to use despite its robust capabilities. Geotab is a powerful tool in enhancing both safety performance and operational visibility across our fleet. From a safety standpoint, the system provides real-time insights into driver behavior, including speeding, harsh braking, rapid acceleration, and idling. I have had a positive experience using Geotab as a fleet management tool. When using the map feature, it will zoom back out to the default view. Would also be nice to customize some of the dashboard views and information. For example, on the max speed dashboard, it shows the vehicle and the recorded max speed for the week but it does not show you the date and time or who was driving when you download the report. We use this platform to help our vehicle are driven safely . Our drivers get a good guideline to be safe and improve their driving skills. We have improved our seat belt usesage and Idling time.
