If I have had issues in the past, they were right on it, fixing it or looking for ways to upgrade to meet the need. Their tech team is out of this world when it comes to solving problems and creating new tech. **What problems is Fleetio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fleetio has given us a chance to see where we can improve the service of our vehicles and streamline our process. We now do work orders, and inspections completed online. Before, it was a maze of spreadsheets and outdated software. The dashboard is the first thing I see everyone morning and gives me a touchpoint on what to tackle each day rather than sorting through a stack of papers. Recently they added equipment to the software and we are just getting started with it. I know it is going to be a huge help in organizing our shop and trucks. ### 4. It has every feature we need, and new improvements in development all the times. When we suggest features, they ACTUALLY LISTEN. They are so responsive to users, and the tech support is always extremely helpful! **What do you dislike about Fleetio?** I wish we could switch between archived and unarchived vehicles more seamlessly. **What problems is Fleetio solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're not a typical fleet--we're a nonprofit that repairs donated cars for local families in need of transportation. Fleetio has been flexible enough to allow us to capture and report all the information we need to know how much we're spending on each car and how long each part of our process takes. Inspections have allowed us to standardize and simplify our processes so that we can plug in volunteers with very little training time, but we can also be assured that our quality standards are being met. All the information for each car is easily available to anybody who needs it, either in the office or on the road via the Fleetio Go app. ### 5. Been a great experience. Always making improvements. Things change, and they adapt to that. They don't make quick changes but well thought out and researched changes. I appreciate their openness to listen and ask the users detailed questions and try and accommodate individual needs. **What do you dislike about Fleetio?** No calendar option. We schedule appointments but there is no calendar to quickly look and see if we are full on any specific day. They have worked with us to make a couple of adjustments, but a calendar would be so much easier to look at, and we could block off dates if we need to. **What problems is Fleetio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Inventory!! We had a manual inventory system that was very difficult to reconcile. With Fleetio, we can do "bin checks" at random and keep up on it all year long. We used it for the first time at year-end inventory, and it was amazing and so much easier. The integrations with Geotab and WEX have also made our work so much easier. ### 6. It has saved us so much accounting time and is awesome to have a complete service record for each vehicle available at the touch of a button. **What do you dislike about Fleetio?** We had some hiccups initially with repair shops listed as participating with Fleetio not actually knowing what Fleetio was, but we have resolved those issues now. **What problems is Fleetio solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to look at overall costs for our vehicles with fuel, repairs, and mileage all brought together in one place. I have had a few instances where my proposal have been implemented and feedback given accordingly **What do you dislike about Fleetio?** On the forecast for the service reminders, Service reminders are being forecast even when vehicle status is inactive and not in use; hence no change in odometer readings. **Recommendations to others considering Fleetio:** Fleetio is user friendly Application that helps you to track costs and also be on track with all maintenance issues **What problems is Fleetio solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can track total expenses incurred on any vehicle with ease, with the breakdown on what is contributing to such cost also available. However, when the vehicle group (Site/Department) is changed, it doesn't keep the cost incurred under a particular group. We also wanted a single source of truth related to vehicle history and costs. The work order process is very straightforward. Fleetio made it much easier to track the needs of our fleet. **What do you dislike about Fleetio?** Work orders could be created automatically whenever a service is due. Service tasks could be associated with parts, so whenever a task is needed, the parts would be listed right away without the need to select parts every time. **What problems is Fleetio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping track of an extensive fleet is a challenge. Having all the data about our trucks and trailers in one place has proved to save us a lot of time. Fleetio is more reliable than keeping track of maintenance services on an Excel spreadsheet. ### 12. Their vendor (service center) supporting group is fantastic. **What do you dislike about Fleetio?** I think there's opportunities to add features to Fleetio; greater integrations and support for data exchanges, for example. Also, more modules specific to machinery, not just vehicles. **Recommendations to others considering Fleetio:** It's wonderful and is far more efficient and a better value than other maintenance programs. Samsara merging is showing some false km on vehicles. I complete inspections: maintenance service, and review reports with management. Also havinig all asset documents and service requirements prompted daily as expericened is amazing. **What do you dislike about Fleetio?** I wish equipment management was treated more like a vehicle so that issues could be logged once experienced and so that this asset class had the total reporting structure allowed for motor vehicles. Equipment management and cost tracking are as valuable as the fleet. **What problems is Fleetio solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving missing service dates for vehicles and misplacing or being unable to find vehicle documents.
