"Excellent Interface"

What do you like best?

I like that you can search easily for any vehicle or driver. We also find the service reminders very useful as these can be used for oil changes or other routine checks or replacements. It notifies all drivers of what's needed for the vehicles assigned to them. I also appreciate that you can add copies of invoices for services rendered and save repair shops' information or the details for common repairs or services in the system. It tracks the cost paid for fuel and has graphs to compare changes over time. Excellent service. I highly recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

It would be nice to categorize vehicles by division and to more easily track the history of employees assigned to any particular vehicle or a history of vehicles assigned to each particular employee. I would also appreciate the option to customize what you see on the dashboard. Maybe to minimize certain features and display more detail of others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We really like it. Highly recommend to any with a decent number of vehicles in their fleet or just a few. It really helps organize everyone's responsibilities in caring for each vehicle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It allows us to keep all units in our fleet maintained with handy reminders and keep track of which employee is using which vehicle. It also helps us to track expenses paid on each particular vehicle in comparison to the cost of use. All of our departments find value in this particular tool.
