"Simplifies Marketing Automation"
What do you like best about Encharge?

Encharge has been a great tool for building and managing marketing automations without a lot of unnecessary complexity. The visual automation builder makes it easy to understand what’s happening at every step, which is especially helpful when working with longer or more detailed workflows.

Creating email sequences, tagging contacts, and setting up conditions feels intuitive, and the platform does a good job of keeping things organized. I really like how automation can be based on user behavior, so campaigns feel more targeted and less like mass email blasts.

The UI is clean, the workflow logic makes sense, and the tool feels designed for real-world use rather than just packed with features. Overall, Encharge is a strong choice if you want flexible automation that’s easy to manage and scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Encharge?

While Encharge has strong automation features, I found parts of the platform less intuitive than expected, especially when setting up more advanced workflows. Just a learning cure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Automation Builder That Saves Time and Simplifies Workflows"
What do you like best about Encharge?

The visual automation builder is incredibly intuitive. I can map out my entire customer journey without getting lost in menus or code. The platform focuses on clarity and it’s very easy to see where leads are, what triggers them, and how each step performs. The integrations feel reliable and onboarding was smooth. It just saves time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Encharge?

There is a learning curve in the beginning if you come from simple email tools. Some advanced options could use more tooltips or examples. The template library could be bigger. Nothing major, but you need a little time to understand how everything works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Review from former Kit user"
What do you like best about Encharge?

As a former Kit user, I was a bit skeptical when looking for a new email marketing solution. I wanted a tool that was easy to use, but offered a robust solution. I need an email marketing provider that will handle complicated flows, comprehensive user tagging, and Encharge offers all of that. Another worry I had was integrations with other tech tools I was using. I was happy to discover that all other tools I'm using for my business were possible to connect to Encharge quite easily. The interface feels clean and intuitive, and setup was genuinely straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Encharge?

The only downside I see is little documentation available on how to set up the software, but I was able to do it fairly easily with the written documentation provided. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Automation Platform That Actually Makes Marketing Easier"
What do you like best about Encharge?

Encharge.io has been a game-changer for my business. The platform is intuitive, fast, and built for people who want to automate their customer journeys without needing to be a full-time tech wizard. The visual flow builder is one of the best I’ve used — clean, logical, and incredibly flexible, allowing you to map out multi-step automations with ease.

AppSumo

+1

One of Encharge’s standout strengths is its behavior-based automation capabilities, which let you tailor email sequences based on real user activity rather than just simple triggers like opens or clicks. This makes onboarding, lead nurturing, and retention campaigns feel personal and timely.

rhrasel.com

What I love most is how deeply it integrates with my CRM, payment tools, and other essential platforms. Once everything is connected, Encharge handles the heavy lifting: segmenting, tagging, nurturing, lead activation triggers, and sending the right message at the right time.

Encharge

Their support team is also consistently responsive and helpful. Every time I had a question, I could rely on timely and clear guidance.

G2

If you’re looking for an automation platform that’s powerful but still easy to use, Encharge is absolutely worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Encharge?

While Encharge.io is powerful, there are a couple of areas where it can feel a bit challenging — especially for new users. Because the platform offers advanced automation capabilities and flexible logic, there can be a learning curve at the beginning as you get familiar with the workflow builder and all of the customization options. Additionally, compared to some competitors, Encharge’s email template library is more limited, meaning you might spend extra time designing or importing your own templates rather than selecting from a wide range of ready-to-use options. These aspects aren’t deal-breakers, but they’re worth knowing if you’re just getting started or want lots of pre-built designs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Workflow Management for Multiple Businesses"
What do you like best about Encharge?

I have really enjoyed the fact that Encharge has "workspaces" for multiple businesses. I am a serial entrepreneur and having all of my email campaigns available in one convenient application has drastically increased my workflow efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Encharge?

I am still playing around with Encharge, but as of right now, the only thing that is quite frustrating is the fact that if you archive anything accidentally, you must reach out to customer support to get that archived recovered. HOWEVER, the customer support did recover those archived pieces relatively quickly (within 48 hours). The second thing is that Encharge doesn't currently have landing pages. I had planned on using liquid tags via archetype quiz, but will have to create an external landing page for those quiz results. With 192+ businesses requesting landing page, I'm sure that will be addressed in the future Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless and Effective Email Marketing with Encharge"
What do you like best about Encharge?

Encharge is a particularly effective email marketing tool for automating and personalizing campaigns with great simplicity. Its interface is clear, intuitive, and pleasant to use, even for those who are not experts in marketing automation. Creating scenarios is smooth: you can easily visualize the user journey, allowing you to set up intelligent and coherent sequences in just a few clicks.

One of Encharge's major strengths is its ability to finely segment contacts based on their behavior. This allows for sending truly relevant messages at the right time, significantly improving open and conversion rates. Integrations with other tools (CRM, e-commerce platforms, SaaS applications, etc.) are quick and reliable, facilitating data centralization.

Finally, the customer support is responsive and competent, which is reassuring when getting started. Encharge is a modern, powerful, and accessible solution, ideal for taking your email marketing strategy to the next level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Email Marketing with Easy Integration"
What do you like best about Encharge?

I love Encharge because it's incredibly easy to use. The setup is super simple, and in just a few hours, I can have a month's worth of emails scheduled. The webhooks feature is fantastic, allowing me to connect my website and CRM, which saves me a lot of time moving contacts between different software. I appreciate the value for money, and the fact that it offers options to design beautifully crafted emails or just send simple text-based ones. I also like how I can set different groups so that different emails go to different groups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Encharge?

"Simple Setup, Excellent Support"
What do you like best about Encharge?

I like the simplicity of Encharge. The setup and automations are super easy to implement, and the delivery rate for the newsletters is very high with hardly any spam and an impressive open rate. The support is also super fast and helpful, I have always received great responses within a few hours. I also find that Encharge offers a better value for money than Quentn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Encharge?

It would be great if the whole thing were in German, as I can speak English well, but certain automations are not immediately familiar to me in English. It would also be great if European payment providers were integrated, e.g., CopeCart, or if it could be directly connected with the course community like Mentortools. It is possible via Zapier, but direct would still be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionary Visual Flow Builder That Powers Seamless Automation"
What do you like best about Encharge?

The visual flow builder. It actually lets me think in journeys instead of campaigns – I can map out behaviour-based flows (onboarding, nurture, win-back, etc.) in a very natural way. Combined with the integrations (Stripe/CRMs/forms), it works like an “automation brain” in the middle of my stack rather than just another email tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Encharge?

The only thing I’m not a big fan of is the email builder – it’s perfectly usable, but it doesn’t feel as slick as the automation side of the product. Templates and in-email personalisation could be better. Also, once you’ve got a lot of contacts and flows running, some of the list/segment and reporting views feel a bit clunky rather than super smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cost-Effective with Robust Automations"
What do you like best about Encharge?

I find Encharge to be incredibly beneficial, primarily due to its drag and drop email building system. This feature is a game-changer because it eliminates the need for coding emails, which can often be a time-consuming and cumbersome process. It saves me significant time, effort, and money, as I don't need to hire someone for email coding. Encharge serves as a comprehensive solution by enabling everything to be done within a single system. I appreciate its ability to connect different flows and create complex automations, which allows for effective and sophisticated email marketing strategies. Additionally, the system’s holistic nature permits AB email testing, further enhancing its usefulness. The capability to automate tasks seamlessly means I don't have to worry about managing emails manually, offering peace of mind. Overall, Encharge's features collectively provide a powerful solution for efficient email marketing and automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Encharge?

I found that the drag and drop email builder in Encharge lacks built-in templates. It would have been very helpful to have pre-made templates available. Although this issue is not a major one, it does make the initial setup more laborious. Creating a structure is more time-consuming when templates are not readily available. Despite this, the platform is still quite modifiable once everything is configured. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
