**What do you like best about Encharge?**

I like that Encharge is intuitive and super easy to use. The drag-and-drop editor is really simple, making it easy to navigate and understand, even for beginners. The automation is flawless, allowing me to integrate with other programs and automate all kinds of tasks, which saves me tons of time. The switch to Encharge through a lifetime deal from AppSumo has been fantastic, and it's one of the best deals we've purchased. It's an extremely valuable tool, and I've recommended it to a number of people.

**What do you dislike about Encharge?**

There could be more ecommerce integration. They've got some, but it would be nice to have a simple API or other integration from other sales products like FourthWall, and programs like that. It's something that can be done through using something like Zapier or Mazor, but it's not built into the system. It would be nice if those were built into the system itself.

**What problems is Encharge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Encharge automates email flows for purchases and new subscribers, delivering lead magnets and directing them into sales funnels.

**What do you like best about Encharge?**

The visual flow builder is easily the best part. I’ve used a lot of automation tools where you get lost in lists and menus, but Encharge lets me map out the entire user journey on one canvas. As an agency owner, I don't have time to mess with complex code. Being able to drag a "Trial Started" trigger and connect it to an email sequence in seconds - without asking a developer for help - is a massive win for us. It’s intuitive, fast, and actually fun to use.

**What do you dislike about Encharge?**

I’d love to see more advanced reporting. Right now, it’s easy to see who opened an email, but I want to see a deeper breakdown of how specific flows impact our long-term revenue numbers without having to export everything to a spreadsheet. The integration list is solid, but adding a few more direct, non-Zapier connections for smaller apps would be the icing on the cake.

**What problems is Encharge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Encharge, our data was scattered. Our billing info was in Stripe, but our emails were elsewhere, so we couldn't send targeted messages based on actual user behaviour. Encharge fixed that "data silo" problem for Everfect. Now, we can send automated nudges the moment a user gets stuck or celebrate when they hit a milestone. It has directly improved our trial-to-paid conversion rate and basically acts as a 24/7 customer success team that never sleeps.

**What do you like best about Encharge?**

I use Encharge for email marketing, and I really like the UX/UI because it's clean, fast, works great, and is very intuitive. The deliverability is high for both transactional and marketing campaigns. I also appreciate the variety of forms and integrations available. I can use a generic form/popup builder or integrate with almost any popup builder, which is super convenient. Additionally, it helps me recognize subscribers on my website when they return from emails and track their actions, allowing me to send additional emails to boost conversions. The initial setup is easy with a wizard; just connect your domain and paste the JS code, and you're done.

**What do you dislike about Encharge?**

slow in development - I think that developers team is small. For example, to have generic popup/forms I had to wait 2 years.

Must have if you want to get rid zapier/pabbly/integromat when running Facebook Leads.

Encharge has been a great tool for building and managing marketing automations without a lot of unnecessary complexity. The visual automation builder makes it easy to understand what’s happening at every step, which is especially helpful when working with longer or more detailed workflows.

Creating email sequences, tagging contacts, and setting up conditions feels intuitive, and the platform does a good job of keeping things organized. I really like how automation can be based on user behavior, so campaigns feel more targeted and less like mass email blasts.

The platform focuses on clarity and it’s very easy to see where leads are, what triggers them, and how each step performs. The integrations feel reliable and onboarding was smooth. It just saves time.

There is a learning curve in the beginning if you come from simple email tools. Some advanced options could use more tooltips or examples. The template library could be bigger. Nothing major, but you need a little time to understand how everything works.

**What do you like best about Encharge?**

As a former Kit user, I was a bit skeptical when looking for a new email marketing solution. I wanted a tool that was easy to use, but offered a robust solution. I need an email marketing provider that will handle complicated flows, comprehensive user tagging, and Encharge offers all of that. Another worry I had was integrations with other tech tools I was using. I was happy to discover that all other tools I'm using for my business were possible to connect to Encharge quite easily. The interface feels clean and intuitive, and setup was genuinely straightforward.

The only downside I see is little documentation available on how to set up the software, but I was able to do it fairly easily with the written documentation provided.

I like Encharge because it’s behavior-first marketing automation built for actual B2B SaaS teams. It’s powerful enough to scale, but simple enough that we don’t need a dedicated ops person to run it. The visual flow builder is incredibly intuitive with drag-and-drop, no code, and clear logic, allowing us to build complex nurture, onboarding, and lead routing flows quickly. It’s reliable, never glitches, and easy to debug. The real-time behavioral tracking and segmentation work perfectly, updating automatically and ensuring relevant messages. Lead scoring is flexible and easy to set up, allowing us to score based on behavior, firmographics, role, and activity level. I don't like that there's no native in-app messaging. It does behavioral email and user tracking well, but you need a separate tool for in-app messages, modals, or checklists. Segments are powerful but can be slow and buggy at scale. When you have thousands of users and multiple nested conditions, segments can take a long time to load or refresh. Sometimes people don’t enter or exit segments in real time like they should, causing delays that break time-sensitive follow-ups. There's no way to debug why someone is or isn’t in a segment without support help.

I have really enjoyed the fact that Encharge has "workspaces" for multiple businesses. I am a serial entrepreneur and having all of my email campaigns available in one convenient application has drastically increased my workflow efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Encharge?**

I am still playing around with Encharge, but as of right now, the only thing that is quite frustrating is the fact that if you archive anything accidentally, you must reach out to customer support to get that archived recovered. HOWEVER, the customer support did recover those archived pieces relatively quickly (within 48 hours). The second thing is that Encharge doesn't currently have landing pages. I had planned on using liquid tags via archetype quiz, but will have to create an external landing page for those quiz results. With 192+ businesses requesting landing page, I'm sure that will be addressed in the future

**What problems is Encharge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform keeps everything in one central location. I do appreciate that it verifies domains quickly and effectively. I've had little problem with the set up. If you've used other mailing platforms, then this platform is relatively intuitive. I have several businesses that utilize email campaigns and broadcasts — a nice feature is to "share" email templates and flows with other workspaces within your ecosystem.

I like the simplicity of Encharge. The setup and automations are super easy to implement, and the delivery rate for the newsletters is very high with hardly any spam and an impressive open rate. The support is also super fast and helpful, I have always received great responses within a few hours. I also find that Encharge offers a better value for money than Quentn.

**What do you dislike about Encharge?**

It would be great if the whole thing were in German, as I can speak English well, but certain automations are not immediately familiar to me in English. It would also be great if European payment providers were integrated, e.g., CopeCart, or if it could be directly connected with the course community like Mentortools. It is possible via Zapier, but direct would still be better.

Encharge simplifies complex email automations so that every customer receives the right email. It is easy to implement and has a high delivery rate. The support is quick and helpful, which improves my VIP and soon also main newsletter operations.

The visual flow builder. It actually lets me think in journeys instead of campaigns – I can map out behaviour-based flows (onboarding, nurture, win-back, etc.) in a very natural way. Combined with the integrations (Stripe/CRMs/forms), it works like an “automation brain” in the middle of my stack rather than just another email tool.

**What do you dislike about Encharge?**

The only thing I’m not a big fan of is the email builder – it’s perfectly usable, but it doesn’t feel as slick as the automation side of the product. Templates and in-email personalisation could be better. Also, once you’ve got a lot of contacts and flows running, some of the list/segment and reporting views feel a bit clunky rather than super smooth.

**What problems is Encharge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s basically become the “automation layer” for my business and client projects. I’m using it to run behaviour-based journeys instead of random one-off campaigns – onboarding, nurture, reactivation, trial to paid, etc. All the signals from different tools (payments, forms, CRM) feed into one place, so I’m not trying to glue everything together with 10 different Zaps. The benefit is simple: less manual follow-up, cleaner targeting, and more of the right people moving to the next step in the funnel without me or my team having to babysit every campaign.

I love the many opportunities for automations. As a systems strategist who loves automations, and seeing the data. It is what drew me to Encharge. Because I can have automations running for everything I have in my business. Nurturing my audience. It’s really a great tool and the possibilities are endless. I love how simply it is and it is straight forward when it comes to setting it up. It really is simple and is not loaded with a bunch of features you don’t need. Easy for anyone to jump in and use the powerful tool. As well as with everything being separated neatly. And everything works together. Could not recommend it enough and I’m glad I saw others talking about it on threads. What sold me was the data tracking at the end to see who clicked on a link, what the form was etc. pretty cool especially compared to other platforms.

**What do you dislike about Encharge?**

The only downside I have is not having form capabilities when it comes to making the form. It just has the boxes for someone to input their information. But you can easily just create a landing page and embed it on there.

Encharge is helping me solve the many ways I want to automate and streamline my business. And it benefits me because I don’t have to stop and wait to start a project because I don’t have a tool to support me. Encharge will grow with me and I’m thankful for that

The contact setup in Encharge could be more comprehensive for new users. I found it difficult to implement my contact list, and it wasn't easy to find where to import. It was complicated to manage all the tags and emails. When I imported, it didn't work properly, and I had to redo the whole thing.

What I like most is how Encharge combines ease of use with the flexibility of a much more complex system. The visual drag-and-drop flow builder is intuitive and lets us create dynamic communication based on user behavior: opens, clicks, delays, or custom tags. Encharge easily integrates with our stack (Formly, Make, Google Sheets) and allows real-time syncing. We also appreciate the tagging logic and user segmentation that can trigger different flows. Some analytics dashboards load a bit slowly, and I’d love to see native A/B testing inside flows rather than as workarounds. Encharge is one of the easiest email tools I’ve ever used. The setup is fast and the UI is super simple—there’s no unnecessary clutter, just what you need. I love how powerful the automation flows are; they work exactly as expected and are flexible enough for complex scenarios. One of my favorite features is being able to update flows on the fly without having to pause everything. That’s a huge time-saver and keeps things running smoothly.

The email warm-up process is also a big plus; it helped us ramp up deliverability fast. We originally moved to Encharge because of their email verification features, and the transition was incredibly smooth.

The Flow builder is visual and intuitive, and I love that I can edit email templates separately without having to dig back into each automation.

Organising Flows and broadcasts into folders helps keep things tidy, and I love that I can still view everything in one place when needed. Being able to send emails in the subscriber’s time zone without upgrading my plan is also a big plus. Support has been fantastic. Vince is always responsive and genuinely helpful.

Also the platform is constantly sending errors when working on emails so I have to reload the page a lot which ends up being very time consuming.

**What do you like best about Encharge?**

Encharge has a really powerful automations system that they call Flows. It lets you visually build automations with a drag and drop interface very similar to Active Campaign except that it's much faster to use making it a lot easier to setup. I haven't noticed any lag or loading times when building automation Flows out. I also very much appreciate being able to trigger events based on Stripe and ThriveCart activity. It lets me fully customize exactly what my customers receive when they make purchases, cancel their subscriptions, or make payments. The actions in the Flows builder are also really robust without having to pay extra for them like certain other ESP's.  A huge part of my marketing strategy involves Facebook custom audiences for retargeting ads, and I can add and remove people from those FB custom audiences right here inside my Flows when they take certain actions like purchasing or starting a Trial. With that setup I can automatically remove buyers from retargeting ad sequences saving me money and preventing them from seeing my "closing soon" style ads when they already bought. If your business is based on appointments they also have a number of triggers and actions directly integrated with Calendly which is great.

**What do you dislike about Encharge?**

My only complaint is that they don't have many native integrations. Thankfully they do integrate directly with my cart system (Thrivecart) and Facebook for custom audiences which are the big ones for me. But I would really like to see a direct integration with Thrive Themes. For now their integration with Zapier allows me to connect to pretty much anything but using a 3rd party tool and it's associated costs isn't ideal. You could use their form designer and embed it in your page but from my experience I just can't get their forms looking good or matching my page designs/style.

With my previous ESP I needed to pay a premium to have their service integrated with Facebook custom audiences. Since retargeting campaigns are a huge part of my marketing strategy I really appreciate that Encharge has that built right in for no extra cost.

The interface is simple and intuitive, and although I initially had some issues due to importing incorrect contacts, the support was quick and efficient in resolving everything. I was positively impressed by the presence of numerous integrations, such as those with forms to be inserted on the site, and the ability to create highly customizable automated flows. I'm still exploring it, but I can already say that it is a truly powerful and flexible tool.

To make it work at its best, it is necessary to perform some technical operations, such as domain verification, but the instructions are clear. You cannot delete users from a segment in bulk. It is not very simple to implement.

The good thing is that they have a roadmap for further expansion. Email delivery is very efficient—I'd say much better than other, more well-known systems—it's a very reliable email delivery system. For me, a change from the previous platform I had is the integration with Shopify. I like how Encharge leverages SendGrid + AWS for premium email deliverability plus they manage your emails sending so they monitor & switch email servers to maintain high deliverability and i don't have to connect any email provider to start sending my campaigns making super convenient for new & experienced users. I haven't seen any other platform providing this much value so that my email marketing efforts will be effective and not landing in spam. Especially with their email validator.

Its practically failproof. If your stuck, they have amazing onboarding, and i reached out with som questions and they get back to you really quick. Super easy to use so I didnt need help anyway, it was just a minor question. I love how its great for beginners because it makes sure you have everything set up right before your emails go out, because there are so many new rules around email marketing. At the same time, its great for those who have more advanced use cases too.

I only had one issue I can think of, and honestly its probably my fault anyway. I didn't read everything I probably should have, but it was that they make sure your email account is semi-warmed before fully sending so dont send your first email if its time sensitive unless your doing it with enough extra time. I don’t know how to say it, but kind of fun? Sounds weird, but dragging those steps around and seeing it all come together gave me a weird sense of joy.

Pretty simple and straightforward campaign builder and some great deep integrations with certain platforms if you have paid enough money to get access to them

Some of the most sensible features like integrations are hidden behind pay walls greatly limiting the use and adoption of this platform for long term or scalability. They claim to have reinvented the wheel and while they are more advanced for certain engagement based email triggers there is nothing that is being done that can't be cooked up yourself with automations. My biggest gripe is that their attempts to upcharge me have been anywhere from 700 and some dollars per month to just trying to squeeze an extra few hundred bucks out of me one time when they would have earned more customers by making these very sensible updates available to their existing customers however greed seems to rule some of the best products and drive them into the ground these days

Great deal for a powerful tool. The campaigns that can be set up in this tool can be highly targeted, and right on time. This is because of the event based triggers and integrations, as well as a tag based segmentation functionality that the tool uses.

As a boutique advisory (Triangle Forces), we were looking for an automation platform that could do more than just send emails. Encharge really shines in letting us build out custom automations with its visual flow builder. It’s easy to drag and drop steps, set up triggers based on actual user behavior, and personalize messages for different client segments. Integrating with our core tools—like HubSpot, Stripe, and Calendly—was straightforward, and the Zapier/webhook options mean we can pretty much connect anything else if needed.

A big plus: the platform helps us keep tabs on every touchpoint with a client. We get unified profiles and can track events that matter to our business. For us, this means better follow-ups and more relevant outreach.

**What do you dislike about Encharge?**

The flip side to all this flexibility is that there’s a bit of a learning curve. If you or your team haven’t used marketing automation before, expect to spend some time figuring out how to make everything work together. The documentation helps, but hands-on trial and error is part of the process.

The email editor gets the job done for most campaigns, but it’s not as slick as what you’ll find in Mailchimp or some other dedicated email tools. Reporting is good for basic stats, but if you want deep, custom analytics you’ll need to export data or use another tool.

**What do you like best about Encharge?**

I am very happy with Encharge, I have been testing it for the past month and I am positively surprised. I have used many different platforms in the past (I implement tools for my clients), and I can seriously say this is one of the best I have tried. It is easy to understand and very powerful.I like the way I can see the sequences, and the flexibility to edit the emails, even when the sequence was already published. It also has an email warming feature that was a nice surprise, my audience received my email campaign without any issues. I also tested the integration with Google sheets and that worked perfectly well. I tested it with Pabbly and other tools, and overall I am very happy with it, it was easy to integrate as they have a lot of documentation. The support is also very responsive. I can highly recommend it.

So far, I have not found anything I dislike. I am very happy with the product. I've used it with two different accounts already.

I love the tagging and segmentation function, the smart ways that different behaviours are tracked so that what I send or how I engage with my audience becomes more relevant, which increases my conversion. Their powerful automations (or Flows, as they are called) is absolutely amazing too.

**What do you dislike about Encharge?**

It took a bit of navigating to get used to not using groups or "lists" for my subscribers. Instead, you use tags and segments. And once I got the hang of it, it worked a lot better then my old set-up.
