What I like most about Formly are a few factors: I like that the forms themselves look a thousand times better than Google Forms, JotForm, and most other forms other than Gravity Forms and once you know how to properly set the forms up, they work, don't require you use a plugin, don't require you use an extra SMTP plugin to make it work, and can have pretty robust security to block spam as well. You can schedule meetings, accept payments, show videos, show images, use conditional logic for grading and routing messages, verify email addresses and use Google's reCaptcha.

The ease of use is high once you've read a few tutorials. Customer support is good and the number of features is off the chain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'd have to say what I disliked is that there needs to be more in-depth, specific, "how to" step-by-step tutorials for those who want to set up complex conditional logic routing for forms. Formly has alot of depth to it, so the more you offer users, the more we're going to need tutorials for how to implement those features. Step-by-step YouTube videos are ideal so I can see how a Formly developer actually sets up the feature. So far, there are tutorials on their site but I'd like to see more video walkthroughs for different case study examples since there is so much nuance to how you could use Formly. Doing that would make using it easier and reduce the learning curve.

I'd also really want to see them add 2FA to their account dashboard for those of us not using Gmail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Formly is multi-featured and allows for creating lots of different types of forms. It's quicker because you can do what you want with it, and the design is much closer to what's acceptable for me. The logic and conditional jumps are really important, and I find that these features are better than most form creators. One of the standout features is how easy it is to get started with Formly. I wish that it was properly natively integrated with more products. I don't really agree that it's fully integrated with when you start using middleware like Zapier or n8n or something like that. That's integration, but not fully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Formly is a quite intuitive tool, which makes it easier to create forms. I highly value the creation of reports, the modification of emails, and the signing of documents, as these are aspects I use a lot. Additionally, I use it effectively with email capture campaigns. I don't like how to make formulas within forms in Formly. Because it works with variables, putting slightly more complex equations becomes very complicated, whereas it could be much simpler like in Excel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's so simple and easy to use and has great features that make using it an absolute pleasure, Its really versatile too so i can use it for way more than just your standard feedback for or query, It's browser based so super easy to "implement" as you just create an account, choose your plan and off you go. Customer support is great too, after choosing a plan with them I was offered a live demo the same week so i could get the most out of the tool, Ash was amazing and explained everything for me at a pace that worked for me. I will be using this tool way more than i thought i would before the demo, and, as a solopreneur, getting the most out of all of the tools I have is essential. Formly is easy to set up, and its direct connection to Google Sheets enables unlimited actions by linking submitted results data to various systems. The newer release, which provides templates with variables and calculations already completed, allows you to create a customized experience with simple edits rather than building everything from scratch. I really like Formly's user interface, as it's really good. The option to show the score in a graphical format is something I was looking for. The integration with Google Sheets is also impressive, automatically updating and having a webhook that allows us to take out the leads into different tools we want. I use Formly's form capabilities as a quiz and scoring tool for my potential clients, which has been really helpful. I was looking for a product that would allow me to build assessments, waitlists and sign up forms to help me launch and market my business. After trying a couple of different products, I tried Formly once and knew that it ticked all the boxes. The user interface is clean and intuitive and the it’s really simple to create professional landing pages and quizzes quickly. As far as the customer support, this has been great and it was really helpful to have an initial demo session. I’ve been really impressed with whole customer experience. I look forward to the additional features that they have in the pipelines. I can see this really taking off. If you’re on the fence about this, I’d highly recommend it. There is no AI builder yet but I would assume this is something they will add to say competitive. But honestly for me, it was so simple to set up that I didn't miss not having this as a feature. You can get started straight away Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm really new to Formly, but it seems pretty easy to use. I like that you can assign point values to responses, which is something other quiz makers didn't allow, as they didn't let responses to the questions be matched with a result. I'm having trouble integrating the results to my email provider. I currently have the Google Sheets integration set up, but it's clumsy. I also wish the email address block could be included on the results page and not a separate step that must be completed before the quiz-taker can view their results. I have been genuinely blown away by Formly in many respects. Many of us know the platform Typeform and their forms are great. However, it is a shockingly expensive platform. To my surprise, I have found that Formly can create the exact same type of forms as Typeform and it includes other built-in services, including surveys and quizzes and so on. Compared to Typeform it's a fraction of the price and you're not compromising on quality as far as I can see. It is still early days for me but based on what I see, I like it a lot. I've been waiting for some time to find a Typeform alternative that produces form in a similar style and quality and formally has not disappointed in that regard. There's not much I dislike about the platform. I feel the internal user interface could be polished up a little made to look prettier.
