I been asking for a fix of a bug and they told me that in a day or two they will have it, it's been 2 weeks since then and the bug is still there (also they lied to me because they clearly did not fix it) . Also the platform is constantly sending errors when working on emails so I have to reload the page a lot which ends up being very time consuming. **What problems is Encharge solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it as our primary tool for emails for our clients ### 2. Great automation, needs a form builder **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Santiago R. | Docente administración de empresas, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2021 **What do you like best about Encharge?** The software is very intuitive and the automation flows are very nice to setup, the customer support is amazing and the segmentation and lead scoring features are just what we need to nurture and segment our leads and our client's leads. **What do you dislike about Encharge?** We were very frustrated with the lack of a native form builder inside the software; we have to go to an external app to connect with encharge, in the current market status a below the par offer. Similar apps offer native form builders (and landing page builders) even with their free tier. Not everyone is a coder and can create zaps (paying for zaps) to use a form in their landing page. **Recommendations to others considering Encharge:** We are not very happy with the software; we will consider continuing using it if the software can have its native form builder since creating an integration for each of our clients and/or our landing pages is not what we look into as automation software. **What problems is Encharge solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automation of email marketing, lead nurturing, segmenting users, and driving more sales.
