Personally, I’ve received great support from Vince. He’s always helpful and full of ideas. It also took us far longer than expected to implemented, but this might have been due to the way our product works on the backend, not entirely sure, but it did take us a while to set up. There are some nice touches, like re-adding people who completed a flow into a new step you add. Lots of integrations which you can add visually. **What do you dislike about Encharge?** Delays to emails be sent - often there are delays to emails being sent that are from 5 - 15 minutes. This is incredibly frustrating when delivering a lead magnet. Deliverability. Our open rate halved, they moved us to a new server. This created errors and bugs, and the open rate is still super low. How they got this wrong I don't know. No product development. We haven't used ActiveCampaign, but it has far more functionality than Mailchimp. The audience is managed logically and can be filtered extremely easily. Flows are also very well thought out. It is very logical and you can select almost anything logically. I honestly think Encharge can do just about everything we can think of for e-mail marketing and automation. It also is designed much better... it's well structured and easy to filter audiences. The workflow is also very logical. I’ve been an Activecampaign user for a few years now, and although it’s worked pretty well for me, it’s expensive, and I’ve never been a big fan of the UI. Some of the features included here are ones I would have to pay extra for on AC, and I’m honestly surprised to be seeing them included. **What do you dislike about Encharge?** There's no integration with Pipedrive yet, but it's on the roadmap so really not an issue at this point. But as I said before, they look very committed to increase the number of features and improve the user experience. **Recommendations to others considering Encharge:** Encharge is much easier to operate than most of the other options available, and also their support team is quite helpful and quick to answer our questions. They're also constantly trying to improve the tool adding more features as demanded by the users. **What problems is Encharge solving and how is that benefiting you?** Now I can have all my campaigns and marketing automation together in one place what makes a big part of my work easier. Encharge's dashboard is much more straightforward to understand and set everything up. It's more user-friendly, and the price is better too. ### 50. Less likely to be considered spam. I saw deliverability and open rates double up within the first week. It also comes with a free email validity checker. In the first week, I detected 2 people who had left their organizations and removed their emails. Drag-and-drop block system that makes creating emails super easy. Allows duplication of previous broadcasts and emails. Ability to add CC & BCC to broadcasts. Has a beautiful automation creation map function that's based on actions taken or not taken by receipients. And you can send it at the receipient's time zone too. You can tag and segment your contact list. **What do you dislike about Encharge?** Can't send broadcast to more than one segment at a time. You'll have to duplicate the broadcast and send to another segment. Also you can't see who skipped the email. **Recommendations to others considering Encharge:** Contact Support if you need any clarification and they will answer within the same day even on weekends. Also the UI is a bit different that others I've used but you get the hang of it quite intuitively. Submit any feature requests and check out their roadmap for new features being developed. **What problems is Encharge solving and how is that benefiting you?** Improved deliverability and open rates. Better personalization of Subject Line, which the previous couldn't fix.
