"Affordable All-in-One Platform with Responsive Support, Though UI and Integrations Needs Polishing"
What do you like best about Pabbly?

What I like most about Pabbly is that it combines several tools—such as email marketing, automation, and subscription management—into a single platform, and it does so at a price that feels far more affordable than most competitors. I also appreciate the transparent pricing and the responsive support, which make it easy to depend on. As my business grows, I don’t feel like I’m being nickel-and-dimed along the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pabbly?

While Pabbly is affordable and packed with features, the interface can sometimes feel a bit less polished than some larger platforms. A few of the more advanced tools take extra time to learn, and I’ve also run into occasional integration limitations that make certain workflows feel less seamless. "Integrations Made Easy with Pabbly. A must have."
What do you like best about Pabbly?

Pabbly is an outstanding integration SaaS. It connects different tools and SaaS to talk to each other and send messages easily. Pabbly has a simple user interface and it offers two styles to build integrations to cater to different preferences of people. The tool is well optimized for performance and you don't have to struggle while building automations. It is competitively priced compared to some of its competitors. They have an active support forum, Facebook community and hundreds of tutorials. The founder is very active and approachable. Pabbly also connects to major aAI tools letting you add AI to other SaaS which may not be AI ready. Overall I highly recommend Pabbly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pabbly?

Overall I am very satisfied with Pabbly. They can setup an onboarding service for new users or a paid service for someone looking at them for building complex automation is a recommendation I can provide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Automation Ecosystem That Saves Time and Effort"
What do you like best about Pabbly?

Think about pabbly platform it combines multiple variants of business tools which is required for email marketing subscription type of building on workflow automation all under a single ecosystem without incurring recurring monthly cost on different platforms automation tool is specifically useful for connecting apps even without any coding skills and it also helps me to handle complex workflows very effective their interfaces fairly intuitive once the interface has been set up their automation runs reliably in background which saves the lots of manual effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pabbly?

Though their interfaces intuitive but their platform also feels bit outdated when compared to the competitors out there and also there is a bit of learning curve when setting up advanced workflow automation and while it can integrate with multiple tools some of the nest integrations are still missing and needs to be worked out a lot their documentation capability is decent it can be more structured for beginners. "Affordable, Easy-to-Use Lead Automation with Flexible CRM & Social Integrations"
What do you like best about Pabbly?

Pabbly is one of the best and most affordable lead flow automation tools. It’s very easy to use, and it can be connected with multiple social platforms as well as CRMs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pabbly?

Sometimes it disconnects automatically without any notification. Aside from that, everything is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unlimited Automations and Seamless Integrations at an Unbeatable Price"
What do you like best about Pabbly?

Pabbly Connect excels as an automation platform with unlimited workflows and cost-effective pricing, making it ideal for small businesses and freelancers streamlining tasks across apps. Its intuitive interface and extensive integrations stand out for quick setup without steep learning curves. Users particularly praise the flexibility for complex automations like logical paths and routers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pabbly?

Pabbly Connect faces criticism for its limited support options, outdated interface, and challenges with complex workflows, which can frustrate users scaling automations. Reliability issues in tools like Chatflow and tedious debugging further hinder efficiency for advanced needs. These drawbacks make it less ideal for businesses requiring AI-driven logic or rapid troubleshooting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good product, still immature and with very slow support"
What do you like best about Pabbly?

The platform and the idea of using multiple email sending servers is very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pabbly?

The product is still very immature. Many things don't work, email tracking is poor, support is very slow or non-existent, and when you try to send an email through Pabbly's SMTP, you have to wait an unacceptable amount of time for them to accept the campaign. They often reject it for ridiculous reasons, and support takes a long time to respond. It is not suited to the dynamics of today's online business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Pabbly Honest Review"
What do you like best about Pabbly?

I appreciate that they offer all the most commonly used features with lifetime access for a single payment. Compared to other software, I find this one much easier to use, especially because integration is straightforward. The message sending speed is consistently fast, which I really like. Most importantly, their customer care support is excellent—they handle the implementation process very clearly. I would rate it 4.7 out of 5, not a full 5, because I did encounter a few minor issues. These small problems are the reason for the slight deduction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pabbly?

Sometimes i feel the software is slowed. The frequency of Use i slightly slow, with only small issues Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Affordable Automation for Small Businesses, But Lacks Advanced Features and Fast Support"
What do you like best about Pabbly?

I've used Pabbly for some time now, and it's a pretty good tool for automation and managing stuff at work. What I like most is that it's cheap compared to other tools like Zapier—you get many features for less money. The layout is neat, and once you get the hang of it, automating stuff between apps is quite simple.

Pabbly Connect helps me save a lot of time by automating repeated tasks, and their other products, like Pabbly Email Marketing and Pabbly Subscription Billing, are good for small businesses that want everything in one place.

Something I'd mention is that their customer support can be slow sometimes, and the guides could be easier to understand for those just starting. But it’s a good deal overall, mainly if you’re a small business or someone wanting to learn automation without spending a lot.

If you need an affordable and reliable tool to hook up apps and automate your daily tasks, Pabbly is worth a shot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pabbly?

Pabbly's a handy, cheap tool, but it’s not perfect. One big problem: it struggles with automations that are very complicated. If your workflows need a lot of conditions, logic, or fancy stuff, things can get messy or you might hit a wall.

The way it looks is also a bit outdated compared to Zapier or Make. Getting set up takes a bit, and it might take a while, especially if you're just starting out. It’s not super hard, but you’ll need patience.

Another thing is the customer support. They’ll get back to you, but it can be slow, and sometimes the help isn’t that great when you really need it. They could make the help info easier to read, especially if you're new.

Plus, there’s no real phone app, so you can’t handle your automations when you're on the go. You pretty much need a computer.

Finally, the pricing can be a little confusing. Some plans want you to pay for the whole year upfront instead of letting you pay monthly, and some features are only in the more expensive plans.

All in all, Pabbly's good for smaller tasks, but if you need automation that is better or amazing support, these things might bug you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Everything You Need to Know Before Using It"
What do you like best about Pabbly?

What I like best about Pabbly is its ease of use, affordable pricing, and the freedom of unlimited workflows. It’s simple to set up, integrates with many apps, and the support team is quick and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pabbly?

One drawback of Pabbly is that while it covers a wide range of apps, some niche integrations are still missing compared to bigger players like Zapier. At times, the interface can feel a little basic, and certain advanced features that power users might expect are limited Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool for automation, easy to build and map out flows. Great support team as well."
What do you like best about Pabbly?

Found it simpler to use than others. Great customer support as well, they are super supprotive. What I like about Pabbly is how quickly they introduced the new popular method of workflow building like some of the other internationally famous Workflow builders but there team is super helpful in navigating challenges which you might come across in building your workflow. My specific tip for everyone - Wirte down your vision of tghe workflow on a paper or somewhere like a note to visualize all the steps required, then it becomes super easy once you haev a clarity of what exactly you want to achieve in the flow. Pabbly in any case is super convenient and integrates easily with a lot of tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pabbly?

There's ins't an unlimited free plan, have to pay more based on credits consumed. That is the only flaw here but I guess the cost of automation and cross integration with other platforms and APIs have their own costs as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
