Many things don't work, email tracking is poor, support is very slow or non-existent, and when you try to send an email through Pabbly's SMTP, you have to wait an unacceptable amount of time for them to accept the campaign. What I like about Pabbly is how quickly they introduced the new popular method of workflow building like some of the other internationally famous Workflow builders but there team is super helpful in navigating challenges which you might come across in building your workflow. My specific tip for everyone - Wirte down your vision of tghe workflow on a paper or somewhere like a note to visualize all the steps required, then it becomes super easy once you haev a clarity of what exactly you want to achieve in the flow.
