What do you like best about Pabbly?
I've used Pabbly for some time now, and it's a pretty good tool for automation and managing stuff at work. What I like most is that it's cheap compared to other tools like Zapier—you get many features for less money. The layout is neat, and once you get the hang of it, automating stuff between apps is quite simple.
Pabbly Connect helps me save a lot of time by automating repeated tasks, and their other products, like Pabbly Email Marketing and Pabbly Subscription Billing, are good for small businesses that want everything in one place.
Something I'd mention is that their customer support can be slow sometimes, and the guides could be easier to understand for those just starting. But it’s a good deal overall, mainly if you’re a small business or someone wanting to learn automation without spending a lot.
If you need an affordable and reliable tool to hook up apps and automate your daily tasks, Pabbly is worth a shot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Pabbly?
Pabbly's a handy, cheap tool, but it’s not perfect. One big problem: it struggles with automations that are very complicated. If your workflows need a lot of conditions, logic, or fancy stuff, things can get messy or you might hit a wall.
The way it looks is also a bit outdated compared to Zapier or Make. Getting set up takes a bit, and it might take a while, especially if you're just starting out. It’s not super hard, but you’ll need patience.
Another thing is the customer support. They’ll get back to you, but it can be slow, and sometimes the help isn’t that great when you really need it. They could make the help info easier to read, especially if you're new.
Plus, there’s no real phone app, so you can’t handle your automations when you're on the go. You pretty much need a computer.
Finally, the pricing can be a little confusing. Some plans want you to pay for the whole year upfront instead of letting you pay monthly, and some features are only in the more expensive plans.
All in all, Pabbly's good for smaller tasks, but if you need automation that is better or amazing support, these things might bug you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
