Also I thought that a lot of options could have been streamlined for a better work flow. There are several videos, instructions, and tutorials. However there are so many options, it can be difficult to find a quick answer to a questions. Encharge has an extensive library of pre-created data fields, so rarely a new user has to spend time on drafting their own data points. Of course you should pay attention to the extra data that you need but Encharge is already quite extensive on this side. Also! The marketing automation flows are super. That I can't highlight enough, as it's intuitive to use and holds great potential because Encharge has very good contact segmentation tools. These are the main benefits that got me to get the tool for myself. To use it heavily in my marketing and sales activities. **What do you dislike about Encharge?** Something I'd love to see this tool have is the ability to collect company level data as a totally separate data set. So it wouldn't be tied to the individual people who I've registered. As a general matter, the user experience is smooth, with options easy to find. When I'm not sure how to do something, I can play with it and figure it out often, but when that doesn't work or I'm in a hurry, the user guide information is helpful. I also find the whole thing much, much easier to learn and understand than I had expected! **What do you dislike about Encharge?** It is newer, and there is a learning curve. I think that the learning curve is probably similar amongst similar options, but I was able to use it at a basic level fairly quickly. With it being newer, you get the benefit of an excited company listening to user input and making adjustments and additions. **What problems is Encharge solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed a good, reliable, easy to use email management for my CRM option, and I found my solution here. It's quicker and easier to use than I expected. I love the way to view the automations and ease with which I can view things. While I'm still newer in terms of using it, I can see how much time and energy this will save me - and with a much better quality, consistent, and scalable result! It was enough to plan everything once and it still works thanks to Encharge. There can be an infinite number of such automation. Working on lists of people in the email database works great. And although there is no native Thrivecart–Encharge integration yet, I found out I can do it with Pabbly (a Zapier alternative). It works and it rocks. I suggest watching some Pabbly – Thrivecart integration video tutorial first and than it is really easy to connect Encharge. I can tell you that Encharge is already pretty „charged“ – it is possible to create custom fields – so again for me it is very helpful as I use labels in Thrivecart which can be transfered to Encharge. Not only you can import data to Encharge as regular data to tabs/sheets (import them to rows and columns), you can import them as TAGS! Encharge works a bit differently than other such services I know. You do not have “lists”, but people (nice :) and by tagging people you can create segments. Very handy. ### 48.
