This cloud-based application has been spectacular for me, I have achieved one of the most powerful tools that exist for online marketing. I currently use CRM MAUTIC, but certainly Encharge. It is something that goes beyond that in several issues. The panel and management of the system is spectacular and very intuitive, practically with only this touching and if I have seen any video I have managed to use it, it is incredible. I highly recommend Encharge since to be successful in any online business you need to create email audiences and have a system to manage them in the right way and I think Encharge does it in a spectacular way. Broadcasts are amazing to launch new products or services. On the other hand, the automation is cool, and the stats are impressive. I think that this is, for most, one of the top email marketings that you'll find in the next years. On the other hand, the customer service is amazing. You'll love it. One of the top problems in email marketing are Deliverability and open rate. In this sense, Encharge will help you to have amazing deliverability and good open rates. For what I know they have partnered with both Sendgrid and Amazon SES — the world's most reliable cloud-based email delivery platforms. So I'm pretty sure that your emails are going to work and wont arrive to spam, which is one of the top problems in email marketing. The app is amazing and I'm sure you'll love it. **What do you dislike about Encharge?** In general I couldn't say that there is something that I dislike. The support team is constantly doing improvements! Anyway to be honest I think that Encharge is still a young app and an upgrade in the future will help a lot to give the app more and more reliablity. The power is in its simplicity. It unbelievably easy to set up complex automations, segmentation, tagging and triggers. This in turn results in actionable behavioural targeting that turns leads into customers - Exactly what you need it to do! Their Flow designers mapping capabilities is where the magic happens. Intuitive interface for all levels of expertise. Dynamic and conditional content is easily created. The cherry on top is their website tracking which gives an overview of how visitors are interacting with your various content, which you can tag and segment again. My final mention is the useful data and analytics collected. I like how easy and intuitive it is to use. It has different sections : people, flows, emails, integrations. It's like having a CRM and an autoresponder all in one. The flows are the best: easy to understand and set up and integrate with Mailchimp easily. **What do you dislike about Encharge?** At the moment there is no integration with thrive themes and it's hard to trigger flows from my website without using a complicated set up but I am told this integration is coming so I am crossing my fingers. There is supposed to be an integration with zapier and integrately but the adding of tags is not working well. **Recommendations to others considering Encharge:** If you are setting up your autoresponder from scratch this is an excellent choice. I was blown away by the simplicity of the flow builder and the number of integrations it had. I currently use bitform form plugin in WordPress, and the possibility of using webhooks to integrate with Encharge was very appealing. It works well and can now send a nurturing sequence to the members who would like to attend events. It has enabled higher attendance. The broadcast feature has a great email builder, and the emails have high deliverability rates. There are plenty more integrations available, and the event-based segmentation helps in taking the necessary steps to optimize the content based on intent. **What do you dislike about Encharge?** Would love to see more integrations with other WordPress and also independent CRMs. Also, integration with woocommerce is much needed although it is currently in their roadmap. All things considered, it is still great value for money. **What problems is Encharge solving and how is that benefiting you?** I had low attendance at my events, and the reason was there was a lack of hype and enthusiasm leading towards the event once anyone registered for it. I've been able to do everything I needed with the functionality Encharge offers. For good measure, it's constantly improving and the team is listening to feedback, especially the issues with basic use, which should always be a priority. The onboarding process is second to none, with the founder sending a steady stream of 'hand-holding' email sequence. I'm impressed that deliverability is so much better than AC and Mailchimp which we still use for a couple of forms (not for long). **What do you dislike about Encharge?** As a startup, I would have hoped that Encharge would offer lower points per tier relative to established EMS. That said, the feature set is comparable to other EMS that are a lot more established. Hence I appreciate the rationale behind their pricing policy. **What problems is Encharge solving and how is that benefiting you?** We started using Mailchimp when we started our small business back in 2009 and it's always been a love-hate relationship. I have always found MC to be clunky and not very intuitive. Encharge on the other hand makes onboarding and starting an email sequence a breeze. ### 14. Email delivery is also very fast after the email is triggered (actioned to be sent) in Encharge. You can place related and separate flows in one Flow of the Flow (automation) designer which makes it easy to create interactions, tagging, segmentation, lead scoring and email delivery for related aspects of flows. Together with the ability ability to zoom in and out of the Flow designer canvas makes, these features make it easier to see an overview of related parts of a Flow. The Liquid language that Encharhge supports allows you to create conditional and dynamic email text content as calculations based on specific People (contact) data, and other data such as time. The results of calculations can be used to display appropriate conditional content in emails. If you know a programming language or have used other automation apps with the ability to show dynamic or conditional content then you should be able to quickly start creating personalised content for your contacts in your emails to them. The website tracking feature allows People to interact with your website or application and for you to tag and segment them so that you can then send personalised and engaging emails to each Person. There are no lists as such in Encharge however you can effectively create your own using the Segments feature (e.g. "Subscribers From Home Page" Segment contains all People with the Tag "used.homepage.form.to.subscribe). **What do you dislike about Encharge?** On writing this there isn't a form builder in Encharge to embed on a web page so that users of the page can submit their details to be entered into Encharge. However, a form building feature is planned on the development roadmap. I use Convertbox to allow people to submit their details and enter them into Encharge because it's already integrated with Encharge. There are no detailed statistics to the level you may see on apps such as Mailchimp or other more mature apps. So, if you are used to detailed statistics then Encharge may not be for you. However, Encharge have a 14 day free trial, so I suggest giving it a try especially to see if the current statistics are sufficient for your requirements. **What problems is Encharge solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can quickly create automation Flows and segment People into Segments (custom lists) and then send People personalised emails. ### 15. Even in their early stages, the prebuilt Flows and ideas they have built in are great starting points, and you can do quite a bit more with it if you're up for building your own custom Flows. **What do you dislike about Encharge?** As it's a newer product still, there are some basics that are missing. For instance, they don't have any of their own forms yet. So you'll either need to build them yourself, use one of their many third-party plugin options, or find some other work around. You can segment your list with tags and control what offers a subscriber sees, what pages they get directed to, and more. Having said that, I visited their roadmap and understand that both these are already planned, which made me cross the fence in their favor. I am currently using one of the most powerful, if not the most powerful, email marketing platforms. So I am very familiar with segmentation and personalization features that Encharge has and can help them shape their future growth. Happy to see them welcoming our feature requests, including WooCommerce and/or Shopify integrations, forms, “Action-Goal” for the Flow builder, among others. - Dashboard is clean with all the key metrics like subscriber growth, opens, clicks, replies, unsubscribes, spam complaints, etc charts - Nice touch of automatically importing your website logo if you enter your website link during your account sign up - Integrations: tons of them already there, plus Webhook, Zapier, MailChimp, ManyChat, BotStar, to name a few - Email Builder has two options: drag and drop builder with text, images, social media icons, etc. and text-only option. Several templates are available to give you a jumpstart. They are working on a text editor that would allow inserting images as well. But the drag and drop builder takes care of it anyways. - Automatic Email validation. Say what! - Visual Flow builder that is drag and drop of modules/steps like triggers, actions, and Filters - Folder structure for Flows, Emails, and Broadcasts - Segmentation: a couple of default segments is a nice touch to give you ideas and to help your brain start thinking of strategies and use cases. - Email Metric section gives you a view of various email metrics used in a specific (or All) Flow(s) and then for a particular email in those Flows in a particular timeframe. - Deliverability is high as claimed by Encharge. Time will tell, but I feel confident and certainly hope that is the case once I start using it. The UI is up to date, and I've already been trying to create flows, and the drag and drop feature makes it easy. With the recent integration of Botstar, I found more uses for this. I don't know what to do with all the data I'm getting because all of these can be used to trigger. It's a good saas product for those who want to try a new way of automating emails. I've currently imported more than 700 contacts and it imported well without hiccups. The seemless webook integration for getting data through the forms is what I really like too. I had to lookup on how webhook works through their knowledge base. Talking about knowledgebase, there are almost a hundred articles to guide me. **What do you dislike about Encharge?** You'll have to make sure that you get the segment correct by getting the filters right. I also hope that there would be more email templates prepared for someone new to email marketing. The current HTML email templates are very simple.
