The flow of some samples are displayed in details that can be a great guide to start. The fact taht everyone with no coding skills can use it to make a bot for their social media or business is really amazing. **What do you dislike about TextIt?** Navigation throught the platform is a little hard as the items in the menues need some type of guide on how to use them. So it takes some time to understand each opetion and their functions. **What problems is TextIt solving and how is that benefiting you?** I made a bot for my website to help connect with users of my services. I found this more useful and professional than a social media channel. My users are happier and I started to get more users. ### 2. The best thing is that we can build with no code. Just drag and drop and your bot is ready. **What do you dislike about TextIt?** As we love this tool and we want to use it but its pricing comes in between. As 25$ is quite expensive. Being able to import or create contacts with ease as well as how to manage them was vital for us. **What do you dislike about TextIt?** I didn't find the Interactive Voice Response workflows beneficial to me. Having said that, Voice flows only being accessible to those that have added voice-enabled numbers was a draw back. **What problems is TextIt solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to schedule messages to be sent at a later time and date was helpful in addition to being able to repeat them in different frequencies was helpful to us. ### 9.
