**What do you like best about Zoho SalesIQ?**

I use Zoho SalesIQ as my website's receptionist and it allows me to track visitors in real-time, showing me who is on my site, where they are from, and how much time they spend. This real-time tracking lets me chat instantly with them and answer their queries. I love the chatbots feature for greeting visitors with a welcome message and solving queries automatically when I'm busy. The SalesIQ mobile app is my favorite as it lets me reply to website visitors from my phone, similar to chatting on WhatsApp or Messenger. I get notifications when a visitor lands on my website, and for new visitors who start a chat, their information is automatically saved in the CRM as a new lead, so I don't need to add anything manually. Tracking visitors helps me focus on what they're interested in, while mobile notifications ensure I never miss a chat. The automatic integration of leads' data lets me concentrate on other business aspects. The initial setup was super easy, requiring just a single line of code. Overall, Zoho SalesIQ is a valuable tool that saves me time and keeps my business available online 24/7.

Sometimes the notifications arrive a little late while using the Android app. When a user lands on the website, the notifications can be delayed, but on Windows PC, I got the real-time notification.

I use Zoho SalesIQ much like a digital receptionist for my website, allowing me to monitor visitors in real time and engage in instant chats without the need for email exchanges. The chatbot steps in to respond when I am unavailable, which helps prevent the loss of potential business. Its integration with CRM is smooth, as it automatically adds new leads, saving me both time and effort.

Zobot is impressively easy to customize. We’ve been able to automate initial lead qualification and handle common FAQs, which has reduced our support volume by about 30%. It also helps ensure visitors still get answers even when our team is offline.

Zobot is a powerful tool, but the setup process can feel fairly complex for non-technical users. Building more detailed conversational flows takes time to learn, and the scripting interface could be more intuitive and user-friendly for people without a coding background.

**What do you like best about Zoho SalesIQ?**

I find Zoho SalesIQ to be a very responsive solution that my live customer service reps are finding helpful. The outreach is immediate, and there are expansive options to provide content to visitors. My reps try to convert leads on chat, and the easy interface enables them to get information easily to prospects. All of the Zoho products are very customizable, which allows for significant personalization of the interactions. We are planning to migrate to the extended Zoho CRM Plus product shortly, and Zoho SalesIQ integrates with that.

All of the Zoho products are very customizable and it is a little overwhelming when I started. You have to set up brands for each website and each has their own settings. Plus you get to customize every aspect of the interaction so it is overwhelming at first.

Zoho SalesIQ provides an easy way to connect with visitors and identify potential prospects. It's a very responsive webchat solution, helping my reps convert leads with its immediate outreach and expansive content options.

Sometimes Zoho SalesIQ feels a bit limited in customization, and the interface can be slightly clunky when handling multiple chats. The mobile app could also be smoother. It works well overall, but a cleaner UI and more flexibility would make it even better.

It is very easy to use, and the alarm sound for chat notifications is quite intense, making alerts hard to miss. Implementation is straightforward, and the customer support is superb. I use this on a daily basis, and I find its features to be quite good. It also integrates easily with my work.

**What do you like best about Zoho SalesIQ?**

It has a great function of codeless bot builder which helps you to build a bot from the scratch with various options thereby helping to sort leads as per brands, audience type too. This helps to assign leads further to the respective sales/ hr teams to take it forward. Also, it has seamless integration with Zoho CRM. This helps you to not miss the conversation post or during working hrs. instead of having an agent been online throughtout the day. It also has a great integration with Whatsapp tool.

Zoho sales iq I would like to get an option to fill in the pre-requisite fields as per the modules firstly when integration is switched on between sales iq and zoho crm. In case of integration of pushing of leads allowed, then a lot of fields which are mandatory are missed and leads are still pushed to CRM .

It is helping in keeping visitors engaged even post working hours and helping us with the queries to assign to our team during working hours.

Honestly I was attracted by the features they mentioned and as a part of Zoho , I respected Zohosalesiq also. But after using it as a live chat app and chatbot app for my website, I came to the conclusion that they just want money out of your pocket. I will explain this in later part of my review

**What do you dislike about Zoho SalesIQ?**

Do not try Zoho Salesiq. It is complex and they just want you to pay for numerous departments, brands, operators and etc. Once you take subscription for all these, you will be charged continuosly and thyey will never return your money back

They should solve all the problems related to live chat and chtbot but in actual terms they are increasing complexity anfd confusion in using these features.

**What do you like best about Zoho SalesIQ?**

The best thing is the zoho ecosystem that has a solution for every business need. Once you go zoho, you never say oh no! The zoho one has strong features with a great customer support that helps you in solving all issues in real time. one you use one zoho application , others can also be later inetgrated to make a complete sales + marketing suite of apps that helps keep everything in 1 ecosystem. the benefit is easier collaboration between teams, better reporting, improving sales and saving costs. One usp of zoho is that it is not expensive and so even small businesses can easily adopt it. the zoho chatbot i use for my business seamlessly intgrates with zoho crm so all leads directly go and i can also create tickets for support functions without spending extra on 3rd party tools.

the multiple apps and integrations can take time getting used to for an organization so its recommended to transition slowly so all team members from across verticals can sync together and learn all the UI and functions.

It's excellent that Zoho Sales IQ enforces a human touch rather than a bot. But I think it's just like a radar on your screen, even though there will be a notification when someone enters and exits your website.

ZohoSalesIQ forces Sales Managers or Salespeople to really look at their true numbers, not just guesses.  It helped me outline goals and milestones for my team.  This is invaluable when running a team!  You have to have targets to aim and hit.

Zoho SalesIQ could be a little overwhelming to set up.  I wish there was more of a guided setup.  Terminology in sales is often thought to be interchangeable but it is not.  If I am setting up a tool to help me define my team's goals I need to thoroughly understand what terms mean what in the software.

Zoho SalesIQ helped me define milestones and goals for my team.  It helped quantify their activities and identify areas of weakness and strength for each team member.  I was able to train specifically for the team members' weaknesses and increase activities in the areas where team members excelled.

It shows the realtime view of users along with their country location. If I want to reachout, I can do that via zoho chat. It also shows how long the visitors stays on the website

Sometime it does not work and does not show the real time users. Another bug is that if I come online after a while, it starts to show all the users that were on the website

**What do you like best about Zoho SalesIQ?**

It has a lot of features that worked well for our client. visitor tracking helped tremendously in A/B testing and brought down our client's CPC substantially. They also have inbuilt VOIP capabilities which our client eventually migrated to, from their existing provider considering Zoho also offers a recording feature for their inbuilt audio call facility, and managing everything in one interface was much easier.

Configuring it was a little daunting but the Zoho support team was very helpful and resolved all issues.

Our client wanted real-time feedback on what features on their website have the most visitor appeal and potential of converting, SalesIQ's visitor tracking feature worked very well in this regard.

It is a great tool for tracking your leads, sales, quotes and many other features. You will get more than what you paid for. I recommend oho to be used in all sales activities.

All is great about using Zoho. I'm using it in my sales procedure and never faced any problems. For me, it is a user-friendly tool. So even if you are a beginner in the sales domain, you can learn and use it easily.

Live view and chats are very useful. I also like that we can automate bots to trigger on certain webpage URLs or actions of the users and it's pretty easy to script. Also, it's pretty affordable for start-ups.

It is somewhat buggy. Bots are triggered at the wrong instances and sometimes even the chat doesn't allow you to answer if some bot is triggered. The online application is pretty sorted but the mobile one needs improvement.

**What do you like best about Zoho SalesIQ?**

Sales IQ offers features to make your life easier, including FAQs, articles, and canned responses, which make assisting customers easier. Even better, those tools are more functional because you can pre-program in dynamic content so assisting customers is more personal. They also offer a couple options for Answer Bots, including their own AI Zia bot, or if you want something a little more tailored without coding, a codeless bot builder. Overall, this makes assisting customer far more efficient than early or non-integrated chat systems.

**What do you dislike about Zoho SalesIQ?**

While there are things I don't like about Sales IQ, please keep in mind I use Sales IQ in conjunction with Zoho Desk as it is being used for Customer Support. Where Sales IQ appears to be designed for marketing, these may not be an issue depending on how your company intends to use Sales IQ.

With that in mind, the things I don't like are:

1. It's not a seamless transition between Zoho Desk and Sales IQ. Tickets are viewable between Desk to Sales IQ, but not the other way around  (unless I wanted ALL my chat bot interactions to move to Desk as well).
2. The reporting is largely image-based, so it can be difficult to pull out raw data.
3. Their chat box design leaves a bit to be desired. While they have a few pre-programmed style options, if you want the chat box to be well branded or look modern, you'll need to do some coding.

It quickly provides a simple widget code with a few clicks once you integrate it with your website or application. You can check live website visitors' page visits so that the corresponding subject matter experts can get ready to respond when they decide to chat. It gives locations of website visitors and how long they have browsed the web pages, and if they are returning or new leads. Live chat agents can efficiently respond to visitors via the android application that notifies the agent of incoming chat queries to which they can engage or leave it to other agents.

The features that are not part of the subscription plan the customer is using should be removed from the front end as they are taking up space and usually are a distraction to the users. The help to the keyboard shortcuts should prompt while using the application instead of visiting the help menu again and again. There is a distracting-looking orange notification icon that keeps appearing on the top right corner of the application. If you have downgraded your plan: this should be shifted to the sliding bar.

The default notification is very clear and makes sure that no chat query is left unattended. The geographical locations of website visitors are sometimes not very accurate; hence it is advised not to always rely on it and reconfirm it from the lead.

Reliable, good amount of functionality and customisation out of the box, good support in terms of building features although a lot of the advanced customisation will require developers to configure and write script (but it cane be done!).

Not much I can think of at this stage, there was a recent upgrade to the user front end interface about 6 months ago initially did not like the new interface as they moved a few things around for users but eventually, all our users got used to it. I want the ability to be able to link a deal or lead to a chat. It seems that can only happen in an automated way and that is assuming the system recognizes the user - the logic here is not fully understood.

Spend time setting up the system and working out your strategy with SalesIQ. There are many potential service areas to be unlocked but define users' roles and rules in line with your desired outcome.
