The SalesIQ mobile app is my favorite as it lets me reply to website visitors from my phone, similar to chatting on WhatsApp or Messenger. I get notifications when a visitor lands on my website, and for new visitors who start a chat, their information is automatically saved in the CRM as a new lead, so I don't need to add anything manually. Tracking visitors helps me focus on what they're interested in, while mobile notifications ensure I never miss a chat. The automatic integration of leads' data lets me concentrate on other business aspects. The initial setup was super easy, requiring just a single line of code.
