**Point solutions —** Such solutions focus on creating and monitoring portfolios and do not include robust features for project management. Integration with project management software is therefore critical to plan and execute projects. Point solutions for PPM are beneficial for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and small teams of large companies.
