Another thing i liked in particular was resource loading feature. Be it about labour or equipment. The schedule is very easy to observe. Easy to operate. I use it frequently. Far more frequently than I thought earlier, because we are using this in sync with ProCore, I have uploaded the schedule file of P6 to ProCore Cloud and it keeps the schedule updated in real time with all the team members we have got on the project management side. In so far the customer service or support is considered, i have never had any issues that i would need to reach out, but i guess help wont be difficult to find. Till now, youtube videos are suffificent to find help when i feel stuck somewhere. **What do you dislike about Oracle Primavera?** Although i like the simplicity of the software, i would prefer if the interface is updated witha modern design. Keep the easy to glance interface but just update icons and the overall feel. Also, please make a mobile app, I miss updating the schedule on days when i have site duties. It would be really helpful in updating schedules form the site itself. **What problems is Oracle Primavera solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me in solving my schedule visualizaiton problem, earlier when we were using gantt charts in excel, there were often errors that used to creep in.
