What I like most about Primavera is how it helps me stay on top of project schedules. I can easily track activities, dependencies, milestones, and overall progress, which makes it simpler to spot delays early and understand their impact on the rest of the plan. It gives me a clear picture of where the project stands at any moment and helps me make better, more informed scheduling decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main drawback for me is that Primavera can feel complex and not very intuitive, especially when I’m managing or updating large schedules. It also takes time to set up activities, relationships, and progress correctly, and I often have to be careful to avoid mistakes during updates. A more user-friendly interface, along with simpler reporting options, would make it much easier to use on a day-to-day basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
