What do you like best about OpenText Project and Portfolio Management (PPM)?

We happened to try this service some years back when we needed assistant in project handling. This optimized tool worked really great and placed every thing on its own place. This neat work brought regularity into our system and we started exploring more into its classic features. We realized that this user friendly service not only helps in engaging teams from different departments but also make reports quickly. It consisted of agile methodology for doing the project work well structured. The human resource domain also takes advantage from this application and getting clients more and more by the time. What do you dislike about OpenText Project and Portfolio Management (PPM)?
