The Planner view is really intuitive. It helps to visualise team member capacity, ensuring that workloads are balanced and avoid burnout. Eliminate switching between multiple apps as all CRM, task tracking, resource management and invoicing is in one place. Its dashboards are easy to read and can be customised. We can quickly see our key metrics including profitability, utilisation and project statuses. Once we have become familiar with the layout, we find it very easy to use. Overall it is saving time on administration tasks such as invoicing and reporting. It also provides more insight into our project profitability which helps us make better decisions. The system is very feature rich and therefore can take time to train new non-technical members of the team. The cost can be a bit high, in particular for smaller teams. As more users and advanced features are added to the account, the cost will increase. However, this can still be worth it if we are using most of the modules. It can take some time to set up the reports, dashboards and workflows to match our processes. Due to how feature rich the system is, there can be quite a large learning curve and it can overwhelm new users. The native mobile application doesn’t have some of the advanced planning and reporting features that are available in the desktop web app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
