"Centralized Project Visibility and Flexible Workflows in One Platform"
4/5
What do you like best about Planview AdaptiveWork?

What I like best about Planview AdaptiveWork is how it centralizes project management, resource planning, and collaboration in a single platform. It gives our team clear visibility into project timelines, priorities, dependencies, and workloads, making it much easier to stay aligned across different stakeholders. The customizable dashboards and reporting features help us quickly understand project status and identify potential risks before they become bigger issues. I also appreciate the flexibility to adapt workflows to our team's processes and the integrations with other business tools, which reduce manual work. Overall, it has improved project transparency, streamlined communication, and helped us manage complex initiatives more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Planview AdaptiveWork?

One area that could be improved is the user interface, which can sometimes feel outdated and overwhelming, especially for new users. Because the platform is highly customizable, there is a learning curve before teams can take full advantage of its capabilities. Some reports and dashboards also require more configuration than expected, and performance can occasionally slow down when working with large portfolios or complex projects. I would also like to see more AI-powered capabilities, such as automated project insights, risk detection, and smarter recommendations to reduce manual analysis. Improving the onboarding experience and simplifying some workflows would make the platform even more user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
