AwardKit

AwardKit is all-in-one awards management software at a flat $1,995 a year with unlimited programs and no sales process. The price is published, and building a program is free until entries open. Award program managers at trade associations, industry publications, professional organizations, and creative institutions use AwardKit to run industry excellence awards, annual recognition lists, member awards, and design competitions. The awards program is usually a side duty for a small events or marketing team, so the platform is built to be run without specialist help or an implementation project. Setup starts from what the organizer already has. Pasting a call-for-entries URL or uploading an entry pack PDF drafts the categories, entry fees, key dates, judging criteria, and entry form questions, and every field is reviewed before the program is created. Programs go from signup to accepting entries in under 30 minutes, and each one gets a public page carrying the organizer's own logo, brand color, and hero banner. Entries arrive through custom forms with conditional questions, file and video uploads, and team credits, and drafts autosave so entrants can resume on any device. Entry fees are optional and go straight to the organizer's own Stripe account through Stripe Connect, with no percentage taken by AwardKit. The fee model matches what associations actually publish: member and non-member pricing, early-bird periods, per-category fees, automatic multi-entry discounts, discount codes, and declared VAT or GST with tax invoices. Judging runs through a dedicated portal. Each judge receives a personal link with no account to create, sees exactly which entries are assigned, and scores against weighted criteria with progress saved automatically. Organizers assign every judge to every entry, split entries per judge, or run parallel judging rooms, and can sequence a screening round into a final panel with its own criteria, judges, and dates. Judges can recuse themselves from an entry, with the conflict recorded in an exportable audit trail. Audience voting can run alongside the panel. Communication is built in. Organizers send email announcements to participants, confirmations and deadline reminders go out automatically, and entrants manage and edit their own submissions from their entrant page. Results close the loop with rankings by category, award and prize assignment from a live leaderboard, a public results page, an entry gallery, and certificates carrying a shareable verification link. Dashboards track participants, entries, judges, and votes throughout, and everything exports to CSV with scores and comments for post-program reporting year over year. One flat subscription covers the whole organization: unlimited programs, entries, judges, and categories, with no per-program fees, no per-seat fees, and no onboarding charge. Building and testing is free and unlimited, and payment is required only to open entries to the public. Support is included in the plan, with priority email, one-to-one video calls, and a documentation site, and a 14-day money-back guarantee applies.
