What do you like best about InfoReady?

The product works well and continually innovates and improves; the company is very receptive to user feedback. The customer support is EXCELLENT. Best I've ever worked with. InfoReady has streamlined so many of our processes and has made end-of-year reporting a breeze. Love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InfoReady?

Only frustration for me is that sometimes the rate of innovation outpaces my interest in learning new features, and it can take a hot second to figure out where everything is.
