InfoReady is a SaaS platform created specifically to manage internal and external funding and award competitions in higher education. It is used across campuses of universities and colleges to handle applications for limited submission grants, internal and seed funding, pilot grants, prizes, fellowships, scholarships, administrative approvals, awards, nominations and much more. InfoReady centralizes and consolidates form building, application and document collection, routing, review, notification and reporting into a single centralized hub. Its built-in workflow tools allow administrators to define, track and oversee a process from start to finish. Higher ed administrators save time and hassle by converting nearly any application, competition, and administrative request into an efficient digital process with InfoReady. Users find InfoReady is simple to configure (no IT support needed) and is easy to use by administrators, applicants and reviewers.

**What do you like best about InfoReady?**

The product works well and continually innovates and improves; the company is very receptive to user feedback. The customer support is EXCELLENT. Best I've ever worked with. InfoReady has streamlined so many of our processes and has made end-of-year reporting a breeze. Love it.

**What do you dislike about InfoReady?**

Only frustration for me is that sometimes the rate of innovation outpaces my interest in learning new features, and it can take a hot second to figure out where everything is. But access guides/training materials are more than sufficient! I just don't have the time to always read them.

**What problems is InfoReady solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improves admin efficiency, cleaner collaboration, great system for tracking signatures/routing for applications and approvals. Exporting data to excel makes reporting a breeze.
