# Is there a way to insert meeting times using the Salesloft extension with Salesforce?

I've noticed I can only insert meeting times if I am actually on Salesloft and sending the email through Salesloft. Typically, we send a lot of our emails using the Salesloft extension with Salesforce.

Thank you for your question! At this time you would wish to create a snippet that includes your meeting availability link. This will allow you to apply the snippet to any email sent from the Salesforce Lofting experience.
